The location was amazing. We were able to get anywhere needed in under twenty minutes and we even found other things to do in the area The reviews were not accurate at all. The staff was a hesitant version of kind. Toilet, sink, and tub all slow to drain or stopped up. Bedding was dishelved and dirty.

Location Staff was rude. Overcharged me my booking rate confirmed through your site.

The staff was helpful and really nice. Pictures are NOT of this location. The online pictures are very misleading. No coffee in room or on the property. There is a kitchen with no utensils or cups etc. We found out at check out you can rent those. There is NOT an ice machine. Check reviews first. This is an extended stay facility.

Nothing at all Everything

I booked and reserved a room at the property through Hotels.com. When I got there, two police vehicles were parked in the front. The reception staff took much time to attend to guests. When it came to my turn, she simply said there no clean rooms available. I had to go get another hotel.

3 people in room only 2 devices for wifi. Not good. Room ok staff friendly. Location for what we had to do was good. Checking in slow. Checking out impossible. No one in office on Friday to check people in or out. Tried calling for 3 days phone busy. CHOICE reservation no help. Needed to check out 2 days early and nobody to help.

Only one towel for a 3 night/4 day stay and would only exchange it which isn’t super convenient.

Clean, Descent location most staff were friendly Late checking in didn't get checked in until 6pm arrived at 3pm scheduled check in time. I left key in room and the weekend on-call staff tried charging $10 to for key to get back in the building. Windows leaks water during rain

The room was clean and comfortable but is smelled bad.

As I was leaving, the lady working the desk screamed at me for speaking to “her guests” and that I was banned from the DFW area for taking photos of their facility. Please check your reviews before you book a hotel! No lobby, no breakfast, no pool, and the excuses are rediculous.

Very dirty and had no amenities

Unfortunately, I did not enjoy my stay and was dissatisfied with the room overall. The room smelled like urine, the bed covers were dirty, and the entire room felt unclean. The floors were sticky, and the overall condition of the room was unacceptable. It was a very unpleasant and disappointing experience.

Hotel is not appropriate for small children. There’s a lot of negative traffic going in and out of the hotel. People hang around on the outside of the building. Area seems unsafe.

I’ve stayed in cheap motels before but thanks to this place I got a new low. From huge German roaches, dropping internet connection that doesn’t allow more than 2 devices, and leaking pipes that maintenance kept knocking to check and ask me about my hygiene. Sheets had a few stains which I initially overlooked but over time this place is unbearable even with rock bottom standards.

The hotel smells like Marijuana inside the room and out in the hallway. The elevator broken for months now. The shower doesn't even work.
