Tru by Hilton McKinney

Customer care was excellent. I wanted a room close to elevator & was pleased down the hall away from elevators

Nothing This property is horrible. I booked a stay online. Called three time to check in early and was told all three times to call back, so finally called back thy keep saying call back so we just said forget it.so we got here at 3:15 no room available thy gave us a key to a room not working key . So then went to the front desk then we was told we have to wait intimately go inspection for another room we didn't get into our room until 4 pm got there the tub was nasty the odor was goo just nasty asked for my money back of course denied it so I had no choice but to sat there.

Not much. Beds were hard as rocks, pillows were flat. A good bed is all I’m here for.

All good . Do not like the small short toilets. They are not for grown men. Actually...terrible for men. Your testicle get dunked when sitting down.

I like the bed and pillows, like sleeping on a cloud Loved it

Clean roomy staff was great! Overall it was great! A little pricey for one night but not too bad

Clean, kind staff, quick check in!

It was nice a new, with minor problems. I thought my room air conditioner ran a bit hot. Bed and space were comfortable, but the room could have been cleaner, as in there was quite a bit of hair in the room and bathroom. I really like the gym at this location and that the lobby had a pool table and coffee and tea 24/7.
