Great staff Elevator 2nd floor did not work, had to call to get down only.

Alisa as the General Manager was most helpful and friendly. I appreciated all of her help during my stay. The bathroom door scrapes on the floor in room 205. the second floor elevator buttons don't work

The breakfast was very good. More than I thought it would be. The staff were very friendly however I asked for a new hairdryer and that did not get replaced. Also no one came in to clean the room and give us new towels. There was some noise above us on the first night. We reported it and it did not happen the next two nights.

The location was close to the two events we attended that weekend. Upon arrival we needed to get the cleaners to clean the bathroom floor. The entire floor was sticky. I went to use the room phone to call the front desk there was not connection because the cord to connect the phone to the power source was missing. The next morning I picked up my bag off of the counter next to the television and it looked like the area was wet. I thought something might have spilled but nothing had. It was a mark my bag left because there was so much dust on the counter.

Close to the highway and gas/food. Beds were comfortable. Some poor communication with staff at check-in, but in their defense, I did show up early before the rooms were ready.....

Pleasantly surprised at the variety of breakfast offerings.

Friendly staff. Breakfast was very good and fresh. No body wash in the shower and the curtain was moldy at the bottom.

The room was very clean and bright. The housekeeping staff did a great job.

My favorite hotel in Ohio! Medina is centrally located between Akron and Cleveland. All of the staff are so welcoming and friendly. I have been to this hotel many times when traveling to visit my daughter. The breakfast is great and offers many choices- both hot and cold. There is always hot coffee or tea available. The property is very clean and the pool area is pristine and stocked with towels. The gym is also modern and easy to access and use. There is ample parking if you have your own vehicle or a rental car. Finally, I would definitely return again!!

Also, I was surprised by the surprise $20 a night security fee. They said it would be refunded about 5-10 business days after I leave. I understand that they have to insure that no damage was done to the room, but I wish I had known about the charge in advance.

Staff is excellent! Breakfast was much better than I had expected. Quiet and comfortable room. Requests for adjoining or nearby rooms was ignored which caused difficulty at check in. Manager managed to get us semi close but one room appeared to be used by staff and not completely clean. Toilet seat was up. Coffee missing and a used coffee bag still in machine. TV not working due to someone attaching a Roku stick and unplugging the cable. Traveling with elderly mom we were not early out of room, so never did get rooms cleaned. Had to ask front desk for towels and TP. It was always before 11am so I was surprised by that. Despite these difficulties, I will stay again at this property if traveling to visit family in Medina.

I came back at 5;15 PM and was told there was a snag and it would just be a short while longer. I said, we'd go to dinner and come back later. When we came back at 7, there was a lobby filled with people waiting for rooms. WE FINALLY GOT ROOM AT 11 PM!! No explanation. They gave me $35 off my bill. The staff was friendly, but I think we deserved to know why.
