The room was excellent however our room is only serviced with new towels twice during the week. Both times we had to go get them ourselves. Breakfast was OK, but whoever made the eggs evidently decided to put salt in them and they were terrible. Also, the Internet was probably the worst of any hotel that I’ve stayed in over the last several years.

The room was excellent. The staff was friendly.

It was in close proximity to the event I was in town for Broken down button on second floor for the elevator. I had to take the stairs every time I needed to go down.

Coffee tastes aweful. Chocolate but no regular waffle option Jalapeño souffle but no regular eggs . No fresh fruit on last day. How do you have no napkins...manager can't run to walmart?

All staff I’ve encountered have been very helpful and kind. The rooms and corridors are immaculate. Always a pleasure to stay at Fairfield Inn. It’s located so close to my grandkids and downtown. Couldn’t be better.

The room, overall, was clean, but the shower needs some love. The bathroom floor had footprints on the tile when we checked in. The grounds around the hotel had trash, and sadly, this wasn't the norm from our past visits.

The air in the room ran constantly , i told staff they said they will check it , i returned hours later and staff said maintenance checked it and was fine , nope still ran that night also
