Couldn’t get room cleaned during 3-night stay, even with two requests to front desk. They did bring clean towels but didn’t make beds, vacuum or empty trash.

I had a great conversation with the lady that was in charge of the morning breakfast. Just very nice and friendly. The food was great to stay was great.

Convenient location When we got there we could hardly pull into the parking lot because there was at least 100 or more motorcycles all along the road to get to the hotel. It was very noisy and we had to switch the room we were going to have. The elevator broke on the second day of our stay. The room didn’t have enough towels, washcloths or hand towels for a two night stay so we had to go back down to The front desk for those. The Kleenex and toilet paper were either completely empty or just barely enough for the two night stay.

Front desk staff very not kind or at all welcoming. Airconditioning in room did not work. Coffee maker had old used coffee from previous visitor. Trash bins had previous visitors garbage in them. Yuk.

My vehicle along with over a dozen others were broken into in the same night. apprently this is somthing that has happened frequently according to staff and they had vaccums at the ready for us to vacuum broken glass out of our cars.

Room was ok, but either the carpet was dirty or had previously been a 'pet' room with no carpet cleaning as the musty/animal odor was fairly strong all during our 2-night stay. Shower head/stream was powerful. Large size tv was great and selection of channels was broad. Beds were comfortable. Sink faucet is located on an angle and is hard to access. Lobby and property was clean and in very good shape. The Brown Derby restaurant next door is a surprisingly upscale steak/seafood restaurant with delicious food.
