Good but room smells from cleaning products

Tough to complain at this price point. Everything was good. Very polite and helpful staff.

Front counter staff were pleasant, but very low key. The rooms were very dreary and need a touch of color in them. The beds were not very comfortable. The outlet placements on the walls were very poor and not enough of them to plug in everything that we needed to plug in. The room we stayed in said comfortably sleeps 4, but not enough room for my 2 kids and myself. Some of the outlets in the room did not work. There was black and orange mold in parts of the shower. I did not like that there were no outlets near the nightstand between the 2 beds. No continental breakfast was provided which might have been mentioned when booking the room. Bed linens were clean, but outdated.

The front desk check-in was okay walking down the hallway to my room was unbearable. There was the stinking smell of animal p and it was obvious there was lots of pets in these hotel rooms. I have allergies and the minute I walked through the hallway to my room I started to feel nauseous when I went into the room it was okay it was a little bit cleaner and not as smelly but it was not a real clean room and the bed was very uncomfortable with hard pillows the location of the TV was squeezing next to the refrigerator but for a motel 6 it was okay. Would not stay in this place again there was too many people outside my window fighting in the parking lot screaming and yelling at each other. I did not feel safe here

Pool was closed. My room was right next to a sleep study area, and heard noises all night. I work at a hospital, and I would appreciate the heads up that EVEN on my vacation I was still going to hear all the beeps. If it wasn’t for medical noises, the dogs or cats barking/meowing all night was too much for me. Also there’s no shower head. The room literally smelt so bad I bought air freshener to deal with the smell. It stated there was breakfast, that was infact a lie. Also there’s room came with one working plug in. Which is ridiculous since I found like 5 plug in areas. When speaking to hotel employees, English was not their main language I assume and was rudely answered. But have no clue if they realize they was being rude, so I bit my tongue. Prior my visit (the day of) I had to call and verify I will be coming for the weekend I booked, and if I didn’t come within such and such time I was going to loose my room. Which is ridiculous, since I already booked and verified I was going to be there. I had to tell the front desk when I was arriving, which honestly I have been to ALOT of hotels and never once have I been on a time frame or had to tell the hotel when I’m going to be arriving. Will never book this hotel again, and it wasn’t cheap enough to justify the price. I spent $380, and I really wish I found something different.also there’s elevator smelled like a like an electrical fire, and made me concerned to ride it

Very dirty and rundown

Great experience.

The room was disgusting, with a warped floor in the bathroom due to the shower somehow getting water all over the floor. ‘Clean’ towels were stained with hair, and there was bugs all over the floor. Looked like it hasn’t been mopped in several days. Small rooms, uncomfortable mattresses. We even found a bug (unsure if it is a tick, bed bug, or something else.)

Convenient locati I n and great staff

Staff was great - very friendly and helpful. Sheets were stained with what looked like drops of blood and attempts to rid other ?? stains. They brought us new sheets. Suggestion - get rid of those old sheets and invest in some new ones. Beds were comfy. Room was very hot and it took a while for the AC to cool it. The AC vent looked like it was full of dust and smelled dusty as well. Only 2 power outlets. One was so shaky it frightened me a bit, the other right next to the exit door. Nothing in bathroom for hair dryer or shaver etc. Nowhere to connect tech devices, we thought ahead and came with extension cords and extra connections for our phones etc. No amenities other than basic soap. So be sure to bring your own. Loud noise when nearby rooms used the water. Very tight quarters but all in all it was ok

Everything was good and clean. The room was rather small, but good for our use. Very friendly staff.

The greeting receptionist was great. Very friendly and informative. The morning staff was not so friendly barely said bye to me on my way out the door. Very industrial looking, the hallway had a very bad odor. Front desk called me. I overslept and asked them if I could have an additional 20 minutes to check out. She agreed to it to only have housekeeping knock on my door twice. I had to tell them both that I got approval to have extended checkout time.

There was an odor when we walked in. Sheets were stained. Toilet leaked.

The room was clean, but rather sparse. The tv was hard to figure out. The staff were friendly and its location is next to a couple of well stocked convenience stores. Good place for a nights sleep if you are traveling on a tight budget. Don’t expect anything fancy.

I had a great stay at Motel 6 in Medina, Ohio. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The room and common areas were clean and well-maintained, which made my stay comfortable and stress-free. It's nice to find a place where the employees genuinely care about their guests. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable, clean, and comfortable place to stay.
