I was very pleased with my stay.

Very clean. Felt safe as a female solo traveler. My only somewhat negative comment is to piggy back on what others have mentioned about a slight smell in the rooms probably from what kind of cleaning supplies they use. Also, there is no elevator so make sure you ask for ground floor if you can't climb stairs. Would definitely stay again.

Not enough lighting in the room. One bulb on the desk lamp was not working. Cigarette burns in the blankets. But for the price it was okay.

The beds were really hard.

The staff are friendly and willing to offer help at any time. facility is functional but aged and got rusty. sheets and towel are clean but don’t feel cleanness with the room in general

Check in was easy. She was super nice. Room was soo clean. Looked really nice and comfortable. The beds could be a little softer and pillows firmer. But overall it was really nice.

Unlike what the hotel advertises it, the breakfast was just bread and butter spread, and hot beverages (not nearly as continental). They should consider including protein, such as egg. And our room smelled dumpy when we entered, we had to spray our own air fresher; luckily, we had a window and opening it helped. The bad odor in the room and the poor quality of the breakfast.

They should add a liquid soap dispensor at the bathroom sink.

The hair dryer didn’t work In the room, nor were half the outlets even strong enough to hold the plugs. The one bed was also somewhat lopsided where my fiancé almost fell off the bed a few times

However, we did find 3 moldy slices of pizza in the microwave. Would hope housekeeping would have checked that at some point.
