Airport Inn Memphis Near Graceland By Hotel O

The lobby was dark and smelled like marijuana. The room had a roach crawling on the door when we entered the room. The pillows and mattresses were not comfortable. There was a hole in the wall under the sink that needed covered. Outside the sliding glass door, it looked like a junk yard with a door boarded up across from our room. It was very sketchy. At least, it had mattresses covers on the mattresses, an air conditioner, and a small refrigerator. The lady at the desk did get more towels for us.

There were a lot of cars that looked abandoned and also had flat tires. Got there too late to cancel and not feel safe to even get out of the car. Did not want my family to stay in a place like this. Would not recommend this hotel for anyone. Spent an hour driving around to get another couple of rooms. Ended up late at night then had an early flight to get to the next morning. Made for a terrible start for our vacation.

I wish there was Morning Coffee Service available

I woke up itching and swollen from bed bugs biting me while I was sleeping. I immediately packed my stuff and left. I won't ever go back even if it was free.

I have traveled across America many times and stayed in literally hundreds of motels and if you're reading this, don't stay there. The only accomodation open is the ground floor of a four story motels wing, the rest is boarded up. The photos presented are in its previous times, it certainly does not look like that now. There is no restaurant as that was demolished due to safety concerns back in 2012. There is also no coffee.The staff there do what they can but the place is literally again falling apart as in reality should be closed down. Between the obvious drug deals in the carpark and people wandering around with serious mental health issues and being asked for money or cigarettes the second you open your room door this place is a nightmare. Think of the movie Silent Hill and you're getting close to the description of this place. Honestly if this is you're only choice go somewhere else and sleep in your car. Do not stay here.

All the Staff were very Friendly

The location was fairly convenient. Staff very good Issue with lock on one of the two rooms. Maintenance man fixed it straight away. Issue with charging point in one of the rooms but maintenance man fixed that straight away too. Problems can occur anywhere but it’s how they are addressed that counts and this was very good. The area is not great

we couldn't stay there it was so bad, got a hotel with holiday in express with booking.com and it was very nice, we are trip to get our payment back for the airport inn because we didn't and couldn't and wouldn't stay there. wasn't clean. the elevator had a sigh on it that said send it down when you get off. bed bugs. bed not clean and my wife said she will not sleep in that room, the price was much cheaper there than what I paid ,that place was worse than motel 6.

The manager, Miss Sandra, was very nice and tried to help as best as she could. Booked a non smoking room and we're given a smoking room. Wife is allergic. Had to book a different hotel immediately. Couldn't talk to a human on Booking and when we tried to reach someone from "O" to try and get a partial refund, the automated line kept hanging up! It's a glorified crack den and the entire place smelled like cigarettes and pot! It was dark, dirty, and run down. Don't stay here! I'd stay in my car first!

Closest cheap hotel to Graceland

This establishment is no longer open for business and they still taking reservations as if they’re still open for business. I hate being scammed and this is truly unacceptable behavior on Expedia please check out this site on your app please because no one else deserves to be scammed by this hotel.

The whole building needs to be demolished. The whole building is dirty and stinks with bins to catch rain due to the leaks. Then I payed online and they tried to make me pay a deposit. When I asked for what the lady at the desk said cause someone was stealing towels. Who would want to steal towels from there, it’s disgusting. I know we aew in Memphis but you shouldn’t judge everyone based on other’s actions. 4 thumbs down.👎👎👎👎
