Red Roof Inn Memphis - Graceland/ Airport

The only person working there was rude, the hotel was absolutely filthy. The only furniture in the room beside the bed was a broken dirty office chair. It hadn’t been cleaned in years. The bed covers were really dirty. The sheets looked like someone had used it as toilet paper if you get my meaning. The pillow cases were stained with sweat. The bathroom walls, tub and toilet needed a good scrubbing. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom because the toilet paper holder was broken. I went down and asked for another room that was clean. They said that they didn’t have anything available. I told them about the sheets, they handed me a “clean set”. I was not able to get a refund or I would have left. My sister and I ended up using the new fitted sheet to wrap the pillows and lay on the flat sheet. We slept fully clothed with our shoes on so we wouldn’t have to step on the floor in bare feet or socks. The person in the next room had a dog that barked all night. Around 1:00 am 4 police officers were beating on the door next door.

Toilet stopped up and the office told me I had to wait until morning to receive a plunger to unclog the toilet myself,they had no other room to offer me nor did I have another room to use restroom in .When housekeeping came at 10am a hour before check out they never brought me a plugger at 11am which is check out is when the owner of the property had them bring me a plugger to use the restroom before I checked out .

Pet friendly, nice size area to take the dogs out.

Went and bought our own bed linens pillows were gross and peppery was run down hardly any towels or washcloths will not stay there again

Free parking , close to airport , convenient area. Checked in 4 people and there was only 2 sets of towels in room upon arrival. Sheets were stained , floor was dirty. Room wasn’t the cleanest but you definitely get what you pay for. Hotel has some long term occupants so it was relatively safe although area looks kind of rough. Honestly would book again to save a few bucks.

Local to attractions Loved it

It was pet friendly but I had to park and go to the other side of the building with my dog and back and forth with my things, by myself. There was constant noise all night from other guests and I barely slept. I called the office but they did nothing.

Room was clean staff was courteous. Parking was adequate. Good place to stay.

Front door locked but there was a gap at the top, room smelled, sheets had stains on them, you can hear EVERYTHING. Loud club music outside, neighbors phone conversations from their room, ppl loud walking by outside, and running water. Area is sketchy. Do not get a room here. Could not sleep.
