Building looks old and needs a face lift but rooms are clean. Good value for your dollar. Although hot water was available right away for the tub, it took a really long time for the sink.

Nasty carpet and the outside walls hadn't been cleaned in ages

The man in the main office was super sweet understanding that you know my kids are under age. They’re very small. He was so sweet that I am going to go back July 27. Everything was perfect

Location is great. The man on the reception is very, very kind. There is the phone which you use if you see no one on the front desk. Someone always answers. The room is very clean and spacious. The bathroom is nice and very clean too. I would recommend it. It is almost on the Elvis Presley Boulevard and near Graceland. I had a nice stay here and I am really satisfied. You have fridge, safe, microwave and TV on your disposal. Everything was really perfect.

The place was clean and they changed the towels daily AND collected the trash daily. The view was not great.

Its location from Graceland it walking distance. It is a bare bones accommodation. Its not close to downtown. There are grocery stores close by. I had a neighborhood who kept banging the wall.

Very kind and helpful manager and staff. Clean rooms and friendly atmosphere.

The staff was nice, the room was clean. The parking lot with the fence was good. It was perfect for a short stay.

Value for money. Decent bed and a good shower. Very nice team.
