Everything was clean, staff was friendly and quick, it was quiet and everything worked properly. No bugs or roaches during our stay. Cheap price for good hotel.

Location is great. The man on the reception is very, very kind. There is the phone which you use if you see no one on the front desk. Someone always answers. The room is very clean and spacious. The bathroom is nice and very clean too. I would recommend it. It is almost on the Elvis Presley Boulevard and near Graceland. I had a nice stay here and I am really satisfied. You have fridge, safe, microwave and TV on your disposal. Everything was really perfect.

The place was clean and they changed the towels daily AND collected the trash daily. The view was not great.

The staff was nice, the room was clean. The parking lot with the fence was good. It was perfect for a short stay.

Honestly? There is nothing I liked about the property besides its convenient location to everything and the gate closing at night. All of it. The photos are very outdated and misleading. I don’t know how the ratings are as high as they are. Where in the world did someone get breakfast here anyway? My biggest complaints: At check in I had to pay a $20 cash deposit. It was to get back as long as I don’t smoke in a non-smoking room (who does that anyway? lol). I’m going to attach my “receipt” in order to get the refund at checkout. Walking up the stairs there were many guests gathered outside smoking marijuana close by where we were walking. We got to our door and the lock was taped on. The door would not let me lock the deadbolt. Even the “extra security” with the bent latch looked like an angry boyfriend tried to break in at one point. All night, the same smoking guests were sitting outside for hours and eventually made me feel very uncomfortable. I had been up and down the stairs a few times when I was loading things in my car. My room was close to the stairs they were staying by. The last time I needed to take something down to my car, I took the stairs on the opposite end (quietly). I just didn’t want my back turned with people watching me after the last experience I went by them. When I was starting to return to my room the man from the front desk ran me down and asked for my room number. I gave it to him and he said people were calling him because I’ve been walking around the back of the building (which I wasn’t, I just took the stairs opposite stairs) side of the buildings stairs, then he told me I can’t use those stairs. I told him I was uncomfortable going the other way (room much closer to my car) because of the guests and told him what they were doing. He said that there’s just two people talking to each other. So I AGAIN told him, “they are talking to me too not just each other” and that I was not comfortable so I will NOT take the stairs he was trying to “make” me take. “ I am not “wandering around,” my car is right there so why would I even go back there.

staff was super friendly, room was clean, location rough, but just down the road from Graceland location is rough, has barbed wire and gated, some visitors look like they live there

No breakfast at hotel. I have no complaints.
