The front desk receptionist said my room number out loud where other people could hear it. I immediately asked for another room because I am a woman traveling alone with my children, and I did not feel comfortable with strangers knowing exactly which room we were staying in. I also booked and paid through Expedia for a room with two queen beds, but I was given one king bed instead. When I questioned it, I was told that the website had the wrong price and that the room was supposed to be $90 instead of the $60 price I booked it for. Then I was asked for a $50 CASH deposit. I only had $60 cash and specifically asked if he had change, and he told me yes. He had me sign the deposit waiver, but AFTER I signed it, he told me he would just keep the entire $60 as my deposit. Between my room number being announced publicly, not receiving the room type I reserved, the price issue, and the way the cash deposit was handled, the entire check-in process felt very unprofessional. I did not feel comfortable or secure staying here with my children. I will not be returning.

The price is about it. The non-smoking room stank of cigarettes, and not a little bit. While effort had been made to remodel the room, it was incomplete, and idiosyncratic. The king bed came with three very thin pillows, and while the mattress was okay it was quite uncomfortable due to the pillows. Even the TV remote didn't work.

The rooms were big nice and clean It was absolutely wonderful to me and my family

Nothing! There was cockroaches in the A/C, the room had nasty stuff on the wall, IN THE SECOND ROOM. We moved rooms because the first smelt like smoke in a non-smoking section

That was very friendly and really tried to help you with the situation you have going on What I didn’t not like that me and My Son had that bedbug flea some kind of books and they got a bit into our skin and I had to cut My Son‘s hair off and we’re still dealing with the bugs inside about skin due to bedbugs fleas whatever kind of bug these are there are embedded in our skin so that’s one thing I did not like that. The hotel room has bugs
