I would NOT recommend this hotel for a dog. Sheets have stains on them and shower curtain was filled with mold. They staff never came to change it and didn't care.

The rates and close proximity to the expressway. Louder than loud music early in the mornings

They disrespectful they racist don't no how to talk to people They rule they tell us Dat we can't have no company at all or they will put us out and take our hard earn and lot us are homeless taking our family hard earn money because I invite my wife in my room Dat I'm renting for Dat day

I had booked two rooms, and she could not find my second room. I asked for a nonsmoking room as I have Asmah. The first room for the girls smelled like marijuana, the second move had a terrible smell coming from the AC wall unit. My room had cigarette burn holes in the comforter and other large holes as if a large rat was trying to make a nest. The manager came and told me if she changed me to other rooms I would only pay the price of the lowest charge for both rooms to accommodate me. I went downstairs to pay for our next day stay for the 4 of us, we were there for a family funeral. The young girl came in while the young man I started with was trying to give me a discount, she said no so we walked out to find other friendlier and cleaner accommodations. We came back to cancel my stay and she said no. I paid for rooms we never stayed in for two days. She would not go get the manager. I am asking for a refund for services not rendered. The Memphis Inn was more accommodating, the phone worked and was more economical and friendly. Sincerely, Allie L. Clean room and parking

Comfortable cheap Staff was rude. The clientele was seedy. Room was dirty.

THE SECOND ROOM WAS SOMEWHAT CLEAN BUT THE BATHROOM WAS NASTY ASS HELL. I MEAN THE TUB WAS BLACK AND THE SHOWER CURTAIN WAS DIRTY AS HELL. AT THIS POINT WE WERE TIRED AND DIDN'T HAVE THE ENERGY. Plus we drove in from TEXAS AND THIS WAS OUR 1ST RIME STAYING IN MEMPHIS. NEVER AGAIN NOTHING AT ALL

Someone went in my room

It was fine till I got in the room and noticed the bed had cigarettes burns in the cover and the couch. I went to request a new room and was told they were booked out and anther residence came with the same issues of their room as well. The bathroom wasn't clean but was told that it was clean by the desk employee who accompanied me... the TV did not operate fully due to frozen screen and the sheets they offered me some sheets to replace but they didn't even fit the bed... so I will gladly possibly not return again. Just didn't like the room after the experience

There was nothing to like about this place The rooms are dirty The TV's hardly worked can't get the AC heat to work properly they moved us to another room TV was it any good either The bathroom was dirty and somebody pissed on the bed they put a clean sheet on it didn't take the pea soaked mattress pad off dent spray the mattress itself so it stunk very horrible experience Will not ever go back and the price was expensive

The car parking gated entrance. I like the price I paid. The towels were not quality and needed replacing. The location were not ideal. It is cluster among several other motels.
