Wingate by Wyndham Memphis East

Old, poorly maintained hotel with front desk working double shift and not very welcoming.

After checking into the room there was no tissue in the bathroom, the refrigerator was stained, there was a hole in the wall by the front door, the dresser had no handle on it, the broken piece was inside the drawer, the remote control had no back to close off the batteries, there was a large hole in the bathroom, and roaches was seen in the bathroom and breakfast areas on the main floor. I do not recommend this hotel.

Could have been better.

The entire staff and the stay was excellent

Very Clean.Someone had complained about our dogs when we first arrived .Staff had taken care of the complaint. Breakfast was great!

Air conditioner in the room was anemic.

Breakfast menu was ok. Coffee could have been better

The very spacious room, the cleanliness of the room, and the spacious bathroom with the amenities that were included (liquid hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, & body wash). Nothing… it was great.

The room was ok. However short on soap and breakfast was really poor. Pancake machine not working, biscuits, grave and the stuff that was supposed to be sausage was colder then the empty orange juice machine and empty milk pitchers

Both the toilet and vanity sink had water running all night. Breakfast was not impressive as compared to similar hotels in this class.

I have stayed here several times while traveling. The room is always very clean and comfortable. I only stay one night with my Labrador Dog and never had an issue.

The breakfast could be better no juice for ppl who don't drink coffee and the pancake thing didn't work rite at all the microwave didn't work to warm up the cool food.

It was affordable The property has roaches. Everywhere

The neighborhood was not good

Breakfast sucked. The check in was a hassle, the guy wanted to try and charge me for my service animals.
