I'm handicap they made sure that I had a walk-in shower it also had a shower chair and the first time I've seen a hotel that had your body wash or shampoo everything on the wall that you needed plenty of towels and washed clothes it was a great day and every time I go to Memphis I'll make sure I stay here we didn't need the breakfast we just stayed in they gave us a late check out at 12:00 very helpful

The breakfast needed work. No coffee available, only decaf. A hotel With no coffee is just silly. The breakfast was ok but most items ran out by 8:30 am. Several options were broken as well. The fitness gym was also closed and I don't believe they even have a pool. Not that it would matter, we were just there for a quick sleep before we hit the road again. Okay to stay here for a quick sleep but I wouldn't stay again

This place for the price? Okay I guess. Far from good. First. Freezer on the fridge was so full of ice. The door to it couldn't close at all. Not even close. Second very gross. R.R. sink was backed up with hair? It took a very long time to drain. Third. Have photos to show on this one. Curtain rod on shower was hanging down. Brackets where broken from the walls. Could not keep it from getting water every where. Complained to desk. All she said was she was sorry. ...

The area was rough, but the girl at the front desk was great. A decent stop if you have to stop right off the highway but other than that I wouldn’t

I needed a reasonably priced, pet friendly hotel near the site of the Memphis Tennis Open. Three Wingate got the bill nicely. It was clean, the staff was very helpful, and the room will raped.

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful Bugs around the breakfast area. Our AC wasn’t working. Our toilet ran all night and made the most awful sounds, plus the bathroom door would not close all the way. The beds were really high making it hard for my elderly mother and my toddler to climb in and out of. Our remote only controlled the tv power and volume. The only way to change the channel was to use the box itself. The women’s rest room in the lobby didn’t lock (there was a notice of this on the door at least).

The room was large and it had microwave, coffee pot, and refrigerator. The area around was sketchy. I walked my dogs shortly after 9 pm around the block and encountered two separate spots where police and/or military personnel had individuals restrained with handcuffs. I passed a homeless man pushing his cart and an individual on a bike that was sketchy. So I had trouble sleeping fearing my car may be broken into. I was on a three day roadtrip/move so bringing everything into the hotel wasn't a good option. Fortunately nothing happened and the grounds was well lit and had several visible cameras. Also, their pet policy is extremely limiting so my reservation almost wasn't honored. Fortunately the hotel staff did give me and my traveling 4 legged companions a chance. Hopefully, we demonstrated that a larger pack can be trusted to treat the hotel room with respect and care.

The personnel treatment is not kind.

Very old and run down hotel which is shocking from a Wyndham! It needs a good cleaning and upgrading.
