Expedia allowed me to book a room at a hotel that they knew did not have the room I booked available. A week has gone by and I still haven't received my refund for the room. Because of the poor communication I ended having to spend the night at a shelter with no money for food until the next morning.

My TV did not work, my heat did not work, my jacuzzi did not work... we sat silently for 5 hours untill I demanded a staff member to come fix it... On valentines day

The king size bed was comfortable, the hotel room itself was immaculately cleaned. The water pressure did suck in the shower as well as the shower never got hot. The area that it was in was kind of sketchy. There were three or four people when we arrived outside with no shoes and just socks on yelling just wandering property so it wasn't the best area.

The reason we got the room was Their website says they have in room jetted tub. Owner said they don't have them. Outdoor pool not open. No smoke detectors, previous occupants food left in room. Bedbugs. Had room for 3 nights, left after first night.

Short shower curtain didn’t keep water from going onto floor, homeless people and trash outside, hallways and entrances filthy, outdoor pool unopened, breakfast was late getting set up.

Asked 3 times for housekeeping. The phone line was disconnected and we had to call the manager. Pool was closed with 95 degree weather. Remote needed batteries. Ice machine downstairs only. Bathroom not clean. Loitering in the stairwell. Debris on lot.
