No hot water, went to ask the front desk and was told water heater was out, But wasn't notified until we asked.

Did not stay!

The property had changed names between the time that I made the reservation and the day we checked in the hotel, and that let to some initial confusion for the hotel clerk. Then, it took quite some time for another clerk to help the first clerk transfer the reservation from the original system to the new system, although the second clerk was very friendly. Plus, since the hotel is a bit old and under construction, the side entrances were closed. However, the room was pretty nice.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!! We stayed one night because we have a child fighting for his life at St. Jude’s!! Everything is falling apart, the entire place was super dirty, and had a fowl smell. It says it’s a Baymount but it’s actually a Quality Inn so they totally lie about the hotel in and of itself. Our room had ZERO AC and it was about 100 degrees outside and inside. We tried to contact the front desk to switch rooms with a working AC and couldn’t get a hold of anyone. Tried to tell them about how awful it was at checkout but nobody came to the desk so I couldn’t. I even rang the bell 3 times. They advertise a continental breakfast and they didn’t have hardly anything. They have a pool but it’s not even open and looked super gross. Honestly the entire stay was horrid and I would never go back! Do yourself a favor and keep looking for another hotel. Not only do they lie about the name of the hotel but also they lie about basic amenities such as Air Conditioning. Then refuse to help you when you try. Waste of money! Don’t do it. I don’t usually write reviews but this one was so awful it was necessary!

The new management and staff were very polite, courteous and helpful. We were their first customer. We chose to stay because of the staff and the cleanliness of our room. The hotel can be a decent place to stay with some renovation and TLC.

Very good

This was not the quality facility we expect from our Travelocity reservations or Quality Inn. It was very run down, had an odd smell that permeated the building, and the staff person who helped us upon arrival had no idea what she was doing! We definitely did not try the swimming pool or the breakfast buffet due to the condition of the property.

No break fast, property not cleaned
-
Bathroom wasn't super clean, no batteries in the remote, sheets had holes burned in them. Front staff was friendly, but I waited for 15 mins for someone to check me in. Breakfast was less than desirable. It was essentially just waffles and toast. No fruit or biscuit options like advertised.

Room was not clean, no assistance at front desk , hot in the whole hotel
-
Do not stay here.. unsafe, dirty , no pool , homeless hang out lots of druggies, prostitution on the corner

My room I reserved was not even what I ordered. I reserved a room with king size bed and they gave me two queens instead for same pricing for one night as the king. Stains on tv remote and the tv stand. The tv wasn’t working, room was hot and stuffy. No soap at all for the shower. Overall this place was a rip off for the quality of my stay. I would stay away from this location for other travelers passing through.

Clean rooms. Tv didn't work and wasn't repaired.

The front desk lady has a horrible attitude.

This hotel was nice at some point. Now not so much, very run down. It is in a very sketchy neighborhood lots of homeless people around the neighborhood. Was somewhere to sleep that is about it.
-
When I check into the rookies was a roach that greeted me by name. Front lady was nice and help. That it. Run down hotel.

We had a very unpleasant experience at this place. The environment felt dirty and poorly maintained, had to wait for a front desk person and we did not feel safe while we were there. There were several people lingering around the property who looked to be using, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable and unsettling. We Had someone stop at the side door and wave us to their car we ran to what was suppose to be our room to find the door was wide open with a hanger stuck in the top of the door to hold it open the hallways had stuff all over making it a fall hazard. On top of that, the smell throughout the area was overwhelming — strong cigarette smoke mixed with other unpleasant odors. We ran back to our car and left tried to call To check out couldn’t get through to anyone. This place doesn’t even deserve one star if I could leave no stars I would. Overall, it was not a welcoming or secure environment, and we would not feel comfortable returning.

They didn't clean the room every day. There was spiders and other bugs in the room and bathroom. The tub was too high I couldn't get in there. The handicap chair couldn't fit in the tub. The breakfast area didn't have muffins, or fruit and there wasn't any milk for the cereal. The hotel staff was ok. The pillows was flat. It wasn't a comfortable stay. The neighborhood was a good area. I used to live in Memphis. ☹️☹️☹️☹️
