Do not stay there it was terrible I have the 3 children and they was terrified to stay there. There was bullets in the parking lot spilled Mac and cheese 2 doors before ours the kids found toenail clipping on sheets. Wouldn’t not refund our money. Absolutely terrible

When I first pulled up the building looked closed. The room was dirty! Not from being unclean but from needing serious updates. The hot water was cold. I was unable to take a shower the water was so cold. The towels were dirty cheap and rough. I’m glad I brought my own. The bathroom floor tile was so dirty i kept my shoes on at all times. The receptionist was sleep on the couch in the lounge room when I came in after 10pm. The breakfast looked horrible. I’ve never seen something so disgusting. The bed was hard. The neighbors were sketchy. I did not feel safe and had anxiety. I left and stayed at another hotel.

Wasn’t to bad of a place to stay when we were passing through Memphis, rooms could’ve been maintained just a bit better we had a large hole in the wall behind the door in our room. Beds were good, comfy, no bed bugs or bugs found of any kind. Good no frills place to stay when you’re passing through.

I was traveling with family. Stayed one night as we passed through Memphis. Room was clean. The person at the desk only said what he had to say and was not friendly. The breakfast was terrible. We went down to eat breakfast at 8:30 and it was very picked over. We ended up going to McDonald's for breakfast. The hall ways smelled of smoke. This location charges a $100 non-smoking deposit which is not refunded for 7 to 8 days after the stay. When I questioned them about the deposit I was told that the Memphis location has a problem with people smoking in the rooms so they have started to charge this deposit/fee.

Everything was fine until check out!!! I was charged 5$ outta my deposit because I use a washcloth to clean makeup off my face !!! When they could use bleach to wash a washcloth!!! This is sad !! After I pay 225 for a room !!!

Everything besides the staff

Firstly, the hotel staff couldn't find the reservation with my reservation number. Then once she found it we were charged other hidden fees before we received our room key. The woman was short and rude towards us and eventually had to speak with manager.

Nothing we ended up not staying there at all , we left and rented another room and a different place.I walked through the door ask yo see the room and left it was terrible. Terrible location, I looked good on booking.com was nothing like the pictures .

Had to take a zyrtez as I was having trouble breathing and throat was closing up. Went to the front they had us pack up and move to a new room. Not much better but not sick anymore. Went down to eat breakfast and nephew said it didn't look safe. Food looked undone and no coffee or hot water to make coffee with my instant I brought with me. Wouldn't want anyone to stay here.

The staff was probably the best thing about this property. We had several issues I’ve never asked to switch a room in my life before, but I had to hear because the locks were broken on the door. But the staff without hesitation switched me to a different room. They were really helpful and kind the entire time we were there. Like going above and beyond and getting my daughter yogurt when she had to take her medicine. The condition of the building, the main light didn’t work the some of plugs didn’t work & there was mildew in the bathroom on the ceiling and walls. Also a giant nasty slug bug fell from the ceiling and hit my kid in the face. ?
