.. Over 100 degrees outside and all the rooms we had the ac was off rooms didn't cool down until after 10pm

The price. The location near the street was loud, residents were up all night running down the halls, and breakfast had to be cooked. We did not know that you had to request it even though we paid for the breakfast with room charges.

Bed was comfortable. Location had security gats which were never closed. We could not adjust temperature in the room. When we called the front desk to let them know the tv didn’t work, Aramis Higgins said he’d be right up. No one ever came to the room. Even the room keys were in tiny manila envelopes that were too small to remove the key from easily.

The room smell real musky. The carpet needs to be removed and updated.

We stayed there because my son was staying there and was leaving for basic training the next day. The facilities were clean and the staff was friendly. Fast check in fast and check out. Will stay again if we are in that area. There was a restaurant/bar in the lobby, but it was not open to other guests as they were booked already. The bar was advertised but could not serve alcohol because they did not have their liquor license. They does not detour us from staying there again though.

Card readers didn't work. Desk clerk had to let us in the room. 20 minutes later I went to smoke and the desk clerk opened the door with my wife alone in the room supposedly to put another family in my room. They were pushing and banging on the door. Scared my wife. We left without a refund.

Did not have breakfast the staff was very friendly I liked that Our key would not work so we could not get in our room it was around 8pm and was finally put in a room with a working key. It was an inconvenience due to if we left our room we had to go to the front desk to get back in
