The lady that checked us in was wonderful! Super kind and helpful.

We stayed there because my son was staying there and was leaving for basic training the next day. The facilities were clean and the staff was friendly. Fast check in fast and check out. Will stay again if we are in that area. There was a restaurant/bar in the lobby, but it was not open to other guests as they were booked already. The bar was advertised but could not serve alcohol because they did not have their liquor license. They does not detour us from staying there again though.

Horrible! We had a storm that knocked out the power for my whole stay and I could not get refunded

Card readers didn't work. Desk clerk had to let us in the room. 20 minutes later I went to smoke and the desk clerk opened the door with my wife alone in the room supposedly to put another family in my room. They were pushing and banging on the door. Scared my wife. We left without a refund.

Did not have breakfast the staff was very friendly I liked that Our key would not work so we could not get in our room it was around 8pm and was finally put in a room with a working key. It was an inconvenience due to if we left our room we had to go to the front desk to get back in

Very difficult to locate the exterior is very poorly lit.

The hotel was just OK for me. Nothing great. The only thing that I liked was the food at the bistro inside the hotel. I did not like the fact that the shower only had a half door. Also, the TV was difficult to operate as I had to keep unplugging it to reset the box. It was pretty annoying to have to keep doing that.
