There's nothing good about it junkies out smoking drinking hanging in the parking lot old junk cars trash everywhere bed bugs is disgusting on hickory Hill the office is never open no one is never there THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT WILL BE CONTACTED AND NEWS 13 ITS RIDICULOUS AND YALL ARE CHARGING TO MUCH FOR THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE CLOSED DOWN AND FIRE WHO EVER SUPPOSED TO BE IN THE OFFICE MANAGER ETC HOUSE KEEPERS MAINTENANCE NEEDS TO BE FIRED AT THAT LOCATION THE OWNER SHOULD BE FINED TAKE THAT PROPERTY AND LOCKED UP SHOULD PAY BACK EVERY GUEST WHO STAYED THERE Everything about it

The location was fine I had room 120 I was blamed for the cracked window that was already cracked when we arrived as well as other things that was possibly passed over when individuals lack in their job. I’m providing pictures for proof. I had issues with a couple of staffers due to a previous occupant that resided in the room. I’m currently talking to people of higher authority associated with that company to further see what the problem was while I was staying there. They treated me and my daughter like we weren’t anything. After being there for 5 days we were asked to leave. I don’t know why. They are extremely rude and didn’t take their job seriously. Get a new staffing team keep the house keepers though they were more than nice to us.

They changed the price that booking.com offered and I paid more due to them saying that it was a special that had expired. My catalytic converter was stolen from my truck and they said the camera was off at that time. That my catalytic converter was stolen and they disconnected the camera and they charged me more than what I was expecting from when I booked the room. That now they are at the other property. They cancelled my reservation to make me pay more.

My truck was vandalized

Not much because my catalytic converter was stolen from my truck and the say that a few trucks that night was vandalized and the camera was off at the time.

I didn't stay there they didn't have the room I wanted but they swiped my card

I loved everything and everyone on staff especially the woman behind the counter thank you . I enjoyed the whole experience and environment.

The general manager caught the mistake in my reservation right away and kept me from having to pay a lot more. I appreciated her caring enough and taking her time to make sure my dates were correct and my balance was the same as my reservation. Well our toilet stopped up daily and after plugging several times everyday I was convinced I could smell that waste while I slept, ate, and even when I left the hotel in my car. Which I believe it was in my sinisis or on our shoes. Then the toilet paper roller, bed side wall lamp, and light over the bed were all things that fell down or the light had water in it. They came and fixed the light, but didn't put the light fixture back up. We didn't feel bugging the maintenance people over little things that were obvious that it had happened several times before cause of the fixtures and large holes. We didn't put in a note. We just thought maintenance could get to it when we were gone and they had more time they weren't emergencies...No Biggie!
