They put a lot of time and money into the renovation of the lobby. There was, however, a lot of trash in the parking lot and no renovation in the rooms. There was no phone in the room to call the lobby. I had to go back down to get a code for the wifi. Everything is a scan-a-code for self-check-in. Scan a code for the wifi. The only food available was a little corner of microwave stuff and chips... self-scan. I prefer a little more human assistance after driving all day.

I like the location, security and the price No front desk staff

Loved the lobby and the atrium Many things. The room looked nothing like the pictures. The furniture looked like a cat had clawed the inside, the tub plug was broken, the security guard was urinating outside near the gated part, you didn’t have an actual desk for people to go with questions or problems. The staff was great (only saw one person the whole time) and she was sitting at a high bar table by the doors. Seems like you spent a lot of money to make it look nice but it lacked a lot.

This place was well worth the money😎 will definitely be back when I travel here again

It was so nice , I love everything about it Nothing

Soft beds and pillows, and the shower water pressure was heavenly. Ice and water machines on the floors needs maintenance....indoor pool needs maintenance and short toilet.

Staff was nice Rooms were outdated and not very clean. The main lobby was big and open and nicely decorated, but the rooms were dirty. The fence out front and guard showed what a bad neighborhood it was.

Walking in was breathtaking. The staff inside was very nice. It looks like they spent more time updating the lobby than they did the rooms. Our room was hot. Yes someone checked it and they said it was running perfectly but it wasn’t, trust me we could tell. Didn’t offer a new room until 11 at night. The ottoman in the room looked like a cat got to it. Only one working elevator. Now we understand why our hooking was so cheap. Should’ve spent more time updating the rooms than updating the lobby

Did not get breakfast due to pricing and would have preferred free breakfast or buffet Also did not having like no kichen or microwave in the rooms.

The night crew who greeted us was so very friendly and welcoming!

I love the property. It’s my second time staying there. It’s close to food, stores, and gas. They send your key to your phone so I didn’t talk to any staff. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is there is no microwave in the room. You have to go to the lobby which is inconvenient for a night eater like myself.

Nice pool, When I booked it included breakfast but there was no breakfast.
-
The check in process was confusing as it was completely remote. The room was not in great condition. I was definitely disappointed.
-
Clean room, Great Hospitality, and Great Shower!!
-
It looked safe. Plugs in the room were not working properly.

Place is NOT 4 stars . I’d say 2 at the most . Place is not maintained , lots of broken things , places was very very dirty . Room smelt like cigarettes. And the dust mites are terrible . Like the folks seemed nice but I wouldn’t stay again because it was so dirty

First impressions? Surprisingly good. The lobby, bar, courtyard, pool, and hot tub all looked great. The common areas have that "we're trying to be fancy" energy, and honestly, they pull it off pretty well. The courtyard especially looks like a place where you'd enjoy a drink and pretend you're attending a conference instead of hiding from your responsibilities. Then you get to the elevator. The elevator appears to have survived several presidential administrations and is apparently exempt from the renovation budget. Once upstairs, the hallways continue the adventure. Trash cans seemed to be participating in a long-term storage program, and at one point there was an entire watermelon sitting in a bag outside the elevator. Not a slice. Not a bowl of fruit. A whole watermelon. I still have questions. The room itself wasn't terrible, but evidence of DIY renovation efforts was everywhere. The bathroom caulking looked less like professional craftsmanship and more like someone watched a five-minute YouTube tutorial and said, "I got this." Peeling tub surfaces, cracked areas, and a toilet seat that looked old enough to remember dial-up internet didn't exactly scream luxury. That said, the bed was comfortable, the room was functional, and for a quick ov
