We were there less than 24 hours. The room was clean and the staff was helpful, We stayed there because of the good location.

I would have left 5 stars, but I was not informed that there was a fee to park at the hotel and the change ended up on my card after the stay, I called to inquire and the front desk was rude and said that I was told because they always tell customers about the parking.

Very upscale and top notch. Rooms as expected for this level of luxury. Would stay again. Bar on 7th floor overrated(in my opinion) and quite expensive!

The memphis is a beautiful property. Nicely maintained. Rooms were clean except the carpet needs to be vacuumed. That was my only complaint. Outside of that I will definitely be booking again.

That there’s not a microwave I think for the amount of money should at least be a microwave in the rooms be overall everything was great

Our room was both beautifully decorated and spotless! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our stay would have been perfect had the hotel parking lot and a swimming pool been available. I will still rate our stay a 5.

Very nice accommodations, super clean rooms. The staff was very courteous and helpful. I highly recommend this venue. I will never stay at the Peabody after visiting this hotel.
