Breakfast, staff, parking and the pool were all great! It was a bit dated, but spotlessly clean and the facilities were great. The breakfast was amazing with Zee checking everything was OK and if anything else was required, despite putting on the most varied selection and range of both hot and cold food. Would 100% recommend anyone staying here as it was safe, clean, warm, welcoming and the best breakfast! The rooms could do with being updated, but this did not detract from the comfort nor cleanliness at all.

Breakfast was amazing, the staff friendly and knowledgeable about the area, and the beds clean & comfy. My only complaint would be the poor air flow from the air conditioning. One of the beds mostly blocked it and there were no other fans to move the cool air where it needed to go. It took us a while to cool off enough to sleep, seeing as it got over 100F that day. The room was cool enough, but the air was so still that it didn’t feel like it.

This hotel is a GEM in Memphis. The service is better than it should be. So easy to get in and out. We stay here once a month and it does not disappoint.

Both were very good! Wash basin and tub drains were very sluggish as was the toilet.
