The rooms were very clean. The staff was accommodating in answering our questions. The breakfast was good. And the parking was great! Would definitely be back.

I love the vibe of the hotel, it felt like you were in a expensive hotel. The breakfast was good too. Everything stayed full and clean. House keeping were awesome. Beale Street was very close walking distance and its heavily secured. Always seen a officer around. They had a couple checked in with a big dog. They was on my 2nd floor, I left to go down stair and the dog was not on a leash, felt like my heart skipped a beat. My mother in law went back in the room. The bed was a little too soft for me. The pillows were way to soft. I wish the staff smiled and communicated more. But thats just me being spoiled because Im used of staying at resorts.

The room was clean, there were adequate breakfast options, and we were able to walk to Beale St, the Lorraine Motel, and other highlights. Most of the front-desk staff were not friendly. I had checked room prices online before we asked about pricing at the front-desk, and when I asked if they could match what I found, they became less friendly. I booked my room online while standing in the lobby because the online price was significantly lower than the price they gave me in person. That was when they turned cold.
