Hilton Garden Inn Memphis Downtown Beale Street

I love the late night music. And how comfortable it was.

Location was good. Did not like paying $32 per day to park. Every day the bar/lounge was taken over by adults who live in the area and not staying in the hotel, however; one of the staff would go to the parking entrance and let everyone park for free. (Ridiculous). When I asked her about it she said they worked there.

Pleasant

Great location and easy parking at rear of hotel. Friendly staff. Ms Sylvie who checked us in was great. Road noise and rooms could have been cleaner. Pillows on one bed had definitely been used and not changed. Found hairs on them from prior guests. Hotel did replace with new pillows and pillow cases

The hotel was clean and in a good location. My only complaint was the bed was very uncomfortable which prevented me from getting good sleep.

Perfect stop on our way to the beach!

We showed up and maintenance was as working in the room they put us in for 15min and we had shower issues the 2 nights we were there.

Exceptional

Its location Bit dirty

Friendly staff Cracked sink in our bathroom,

Good location, walkable to main sites. Comfortable and clean. Spacious room

Super nice hotel! And the location was perfect !

The location was good. The attitudes of some of the employees. The "engineer" who was breaking down a door at midnight, making it sound like the walls were caving in, without apologizing. The front desk people who think that rewarding "points" makes up for the inconvenience... A breakfast buffet that wasn't great, and staff that allowed others to take stuff off the bar without paying, but charged full buffet price to us. A shower that had no pressure to speak of, and a broken handle. It wasn't a great stay, and we won't be back.

The breakfast was very good and the room was great. Everything was clean and spacious. Staff was professional, courteous, and helpful. It was close to a perfect stay. I can't say anything bad about our stay.

Nice hotel. U can park and walk over to Beale street

Location. Walking distance to Beale Street and bars/restaurants Nothing

Everything was great..I like that fact no one can get on the elevator n come to any floors without a key card..room service is great..the food in the restaurant is delicious!!! The rooms are clean...no jacuzzi

Staff was exceptionally helpful and the food was great. We’ll definitely come back.
