May not sound like much but I was very upset because I wanted their experience to be a great one. On the bright side they took really nice pictures in the lobby. The historical hotel is a landmark for Memphis and I hate giving this type of review but I paid a lot of money only to be disappointed.😞

Seeing the five mallards parade through the lobby was pure magic and absolutely loved the Duck Master. Great storytelling about the history of the hotel. What a fun, unique tradition! My room was the perfect mix of historic Southern charm and modern luxury. The marble bathroom was spacious, clean, and felt like a private spa. I liked the fact that you’re right in the heart of downtown, just steps away from the music and energy of Beale Street. The Peabody Logo Shop had tons of memorabilia and the perfect place to pick up a rubber duck or two to remember your stay. Overall it’s my favorite place to stay in Memphis and my new go-to next time I’m in Memphis!

We love staying at the Peabody. Beautiful hotel with so much history.

Was woken up each day to heavy loud drilling into the exterior concrete. If you know work is being done you should not use the rooms that will be affected.

Complementary in room Nespresso coffee makers is a nice touch. Very friendly staff, attention to details, excellent restaurants, and of course, the Marching of the Ducks!

Aside from the beauty of the architecture, The Peabody really lived up to its reputation! Everything was perfect from our valet, to our bellman. The room was clean and tastefully decorated. It was also well appointed with comfy furniture, lots of bath goodies and a very comfy bed.

EVERYTHING!! The hotel was beautiful, the meals at the restaurant were fantastic, and the Duck Master and ducks were wonderful and a rather refreshing surprise!! Parking was a bit hectic, but the valet service was on top of everything!!! …didn’t miss a beat!!

We absolutely loved this hotel! The beds were like sleeping on a cloud, the staff spoiled us absolutely rotten, and the ducks were the srar of the show! We will be back!
