The room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. We were traveling with our pet dog, and it was very spacious for the three of us. I enjoyed our time there.

Highly recommend this establishment

Arrived after 10:00 PM in downtown Memphis, which is a little sketchy that late at night. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that I was safe parking my car in the parking garage and even went out and made sure I made it back OK. The hotel itself was extremely clean and modern and had many security features that did not allow people to just walk in from off the street. Staff were amazing and very personable. The breakfast was great!! there’s a Starbucks on site in the morning and they of course have coffee at the breakfast area if you don’t want to wait for Starbucks. I never felt unsafe at the hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

Love the lady at the counter Ima Brown. She was awesome. She helped me immensely. She was just great. Breakfast was week. We stay at a lot of places with similar breakfast, yours was very poor.

A southern hospitality was absolutely lovely.

Walking distance to many attractions. Valet parking available and efficient. No view outside the window except for other surrounding buildings. Secure, the entrance was always locked and needed your room key or front desk to open it.

Good breakfast fun staff nice rooms and wonderful atmosphere.

The service was truly excellent: cleanliness, food, parking, and customer service. I was very satisfied and highly recommend 100%

The hotel was exceptionally clean, and both the room and bathroom were immaculate throughout our visit. * The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to get a great night’s sleep after exploring Memphis. * Breakfast was one of the highlights. There was an excellent selection of both hot and cold options, including bagels, breads, fresh fruit, Greek and protein yoghurts, and plenty of hot breakfast items. Everything was well stocked and kept clean. * If you prefer coffee from Starbucks, there’s one connected to the hotel, which was a really convenient bonus. * The room included everything we needed, including an iron and ironing board, and the overall amenities were excellent. * The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. * The location is ideal, with Beale Street and many of downtown Memphis’ main attractions within easy walking distance. * There are laundry facilities on the rooftop (you’ll need coins to use them), which is really useful if you’re travelling for longer. * The rooftop also has lovely views over the Mississippi River, making it a nice place to take in the city. * Although we didn’t use the gym, it looked clean, modern and well equipped. * The small market by the front desk was really handy, offering drinks, juices, instant noodles and other snacks if you needed something quickly. * Valet parking costs $35 per night, so it’s worth factoring that into your budget if you’re travelling by car.

The facility is beautiful. The staff is exceptionally friendly and hospitable. Security is top notch. My number one choice for any travel stays in Memphis.
