Location was great, very cute room. Parking. As I booked online and filtered parking. I was shocked to find mandatory valet parking. At a ridiculous rate.

We found the hotel to be safe and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful!

What a beautiful hotel and location. Very clean, comfortable and a wonderful breakfast. But what made this an OUTSTANDING experience was the staff. Incredibly kind and helpful. Very warm and welcoming. I felt the Memphis hospitality from the moment our family arrived. Will definitely stay here each time we're in Memphis!

The staff, the beds were comfortable, the room was large, staff is very nice. Breakfast was nice as well. The pool didn’t work, which was very disappointing and one of the reasons for booking the hotel.

The fact that you have to pay for parking was a surprise hotel parking should have been free.

Unkind staff.Dirty rooms.I had a disrespectful experience here. I travel with severe allergies and pick places that don’t allow pets. This was the only affordable option in the area. After I thoroughly expressed my needs to staff, the manager on duty agreed and I was to find a room that was suitable for my health. Unfortunately, that request was not honored. I had to argue with a manager at 12:30 am named Quatrell who at first refused to transfer me to a new room after I had an allergic reaction in the room I already said I could not stay in. He also was dishonest as he answered yes when I asked if guests were occupying rooms or are they just being held. The night auditor said that there were in fact empty rooms but he wasn’t authorized to change them. Quatrell says “I’m not going to walk you into different rooms.” “Am I supposed to kick out a family for your health needs?” This was not only disrespectful and unnecessary but completely unprofessional. I understand my needs are unique and I have to rely on the compassion and hospitality of hotel managers but I’ve done pretty ok elsewhere. This was abhorrent. I finally was walked to a room after a very stressful exchange and thankfully that room was fine. I then noticed hair all over the toilet and bathroom and what looked like blood on the toilet paper. This hotels team is incompetent and does not care about their guests. I was able to share my grievance with Reggie who was apologetic, accommodating and hospitable.

Free breakfast, ok rooms, nice staff, lobby is outdated, the outside parking is a little sketchy, they only have valet. The hotel is in walking distance from all the attractions downtown so that’s a plus.

I requested the vacuum and ceiling air circulation again after I took the pictures.
