We had reserves a room with a balcony. We didn’t get one. Upon inquiring with the front desk they said they didn’t have one available because a couple of those type rooms had air conditioning issues. Said we could be moved the 2nd night of our stay but no one followed up to do that. The mini fridge in our room wasn’t working. We spoke with the front desk staff again and they had maintenance come up and replace it. While trying to figure out the overnight parking/valet situation we spoke with a valet. He wasn’t extremely helpful. Didn’t make eye contact once and just kept looking at his phone. He did manage to point in the direction of a nearby parking garage we could use and fortunately we found it. The pool was very cloudy and unwelcoming. There were 3 of us staying in the room. We were left with two sets of towels. The front desk said they didn’t have any to give us as they were out but the front desk guy was washing them as we spoke. He said he would bring some up when they were done. He did but it was after we needed them. So I set them aside for the next day. The next day housekeeping took the ones we had hung up to dry figuring we would use them again and have 3 sets but they took the used ones and we were again left two sets of towels. The breakfast was okay. The location was convenient. Would not recommend.

Hotel was in a good location if you want to visit the MLK Museum in Memphis.

Staff was great especially the valet guys. Breakfast was reasonable. My only complaint was that the gym was not available and I was looking forward to being able to continue my fitness journey during my stay. However we did plenty of walking around the city to make up for it.

The property was dirty with a lot of mold in the bathroom. We had one bath towel for five people in our suite and it took a day to get more. The fitness center was out of order and the pool was filthy. We asked for our room to be cleaned two days in a row and it never was. The breakfast was actually outstanding and the valet service did a nice job. The property advertised a roof-top garden but there wasn’t one. Location for downtown Memphis is convenient. We won’t stay here again, though.

It was the worst experience ever. They need to do better with cleaning and it is so outdated..Do not go there please and you’ve been warned

Front desk staff are super friendly and helpful. I felt welcomed from the time I checked in to when I checked out.

We were also within walking distance to the Bass Pro Pyramid and several other places. There is not much in the way of parking especially for overnight guests. I hadn't intended to use valet parking but walking blocks and putting it in a parking garage didn't seem to make sense since the lots charged very nearly the same price for an overnight stay. Breakfast was great and they offered a variety of foods that my kids would actually eat. All in all a great stay.

Great staff. Everyone was super nice. Good price. Excellent breakfast. Really comfy bed.

For starters valet left my doors unlocked in Memphis...TV kept buffering and staff said they would come up but never did..I dont think I would go back to that hotel when I come in Memphis

We had to use 2 elevators to get to our room. It took several minutes before we had hot water. We had a big truck so it was a tight fit to get at the drop off in front of the hotel. There were a few good restaurants walking distance. Couldn’t get our receipt until 8 am so we didn’t get one.

Room was spacious and clean with a huge TV. The bed was comfortable for a hotel bed.
-
The hotel room was not clean was very small. The bathroom was dirty. I had to go buy personal cleaning products to clean the restroom so that we could use it every day. The AC unit made noise the entire time which disrupted my sleep. I was not happy at all.

I picked this hotel so my children had a pool. This was cloudy and filthy. Also, the television service was awful. Couldn’t watch tv at all.

The staff was courteous and our room was clean and equipped with plenty of towels for our suite.

I have been a Marriot member for over 10 years this is by far the worst hotel. I would never recommend staying nor would I stay again. The morning managers were the highlight! Very welcoming and friendly. House keeping this am looked angry and didn’t reply good morning. Bedding was nasty and had we not been driving for 16 hours I would have asked for a refund and went elsewhere

The Staff was excellent in all aspects of their job.

Great place to stay for a couple of days.

I'm just so upset with the money I spent for the room and didn't even get the correct room upon arrival. There was water in the elevators on the floor and the 5th floor hallway was soaking wet

The hotel's design created problems from the start. My room was located directly next to the elevator with no alcove or separation to reduce noise. In most hotels, guest rooms are positioned away from the elevator bank, but that wasn't the case here. As a result, I heard people talking loudly in the hallway late into the night, with little regard for other guests trying to sleep. The noise issues didn't stop inside the hotel. Late one night and into the early morning, there was a loud screaming match outside the hotel that made it nearly impossible to get a good night's rest. Housekeeping was also disappointing. I requested that maid service return later to clean my room, but that request was never honored, leaving my room unserviced. The biggest frustration was the valet service. When I needed my vehicle, I waited more than 30 minutes while the small valet area became congested with cars waiting to be parked, making an already slow process even more disorganized. Between the constant noise, poor housekeeping follow-through, and unacceptable valet delays, I decided to check out early rather than continue my stay. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience.
