Springhill Suites By Marriott Memphis Downtown

Very good

The front desk staff for both shifts were amazing. However be mindful of bringing in outside food because the valet guy and other male workers in the hotel were constantly asking for food so much that it made us uncomfortable. That aside the stay was wonderful. Be prepared to pay $32 per night for the valet, as it’s not optional.

I like that the hotel was downtown and close to everything. The room had an odor from the time you open the door. The ac unit continue to make loud noises whenever it cuts on and off. The refrigerator didn't keep my food cold until maybe one day before check out. I must say I was not satisfied and I will not be stay at the hotel again.

The staff was helpful, pleasant and professional. I would definitely stay again

Great location but parking situation was a mess

I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the overall experience. Everything was nice, comfortable, and accommodating. I would definitely recommend SpringHill Suites to anyone visiting Memphis and looking for a great place to stay. I’ll certainly consider staying here again on my next visit!

Jancy was great, The first night there,I was hanging my clothes and the corner of the TV cut my arm. Wrote I report. I am surpose to hear from someone named Barbara. Please contact me. I just don't want anyone else to get hurt. My scare is about 7 inches long. They didn't call emt for proper care when I requested, could have benefited with a couple of butterfly switches.

Everything was great

Everything was up to expectations

First and foremost the staff was excellent and very accommodating. Reggie was a pleasure when checking in and helpful making sure we found our room since it was technically in a separate/connecting building from the main lobby. The breakfast area was kept clean with many options to choose from. The kitchen staff was helpful. The room at first glance was beautiful. As the night went on the room did not cool done and stayed warm throughout the night. The bathroom is outdated with a very low toilet seat. If you look up the vents were dusty. We opened the nightstand drawer and there were crumbs, look like chips left in it. The location was in the center of all the attractions but if you go outside you'll be doing it at a risk. There are a lot of unpleasant people loitering.
