The property was dated, obviously an older building. Staff was excellent. Could be a little cleaner. The elevator floors were quite disgusting.

Chad on reception helped us with any needs we asked for. Good selection at breakfast. Pool was well maintained, plus provided pool towels. Free WiFi throughout the hotel.

Beds were very comfortable and staff were very friendly. The only downside, was the lack of hot water every morning and how slow the elevators are!

Clean and quiet and centrally located in downtown.

Stayed two nights and both mornings NO hot water to take a shower. Was informed by front desk that maintenance would be in at 7:30 and would check the switch??Eventually had hot water around 9:00. Room needed updating.

The breakfast was amazing. The pool was clean and felt so good. I will be returning. Such an amazing place to stay.

The room was amazing ! The staff was so nice & definitely made our 4 days there good! They provided whenever we called & the breakfast was good! Beds were on the small side but still comfortable nevertheless!

The staff were so pleasant and accommodating. The location was great for us. Easy access to the freeways and walking distance to Beale street. Nice outdoor pool overlooking the Mississippi River.

Everything was great, but the pool and the weight room. The weight room it is what it is. It just wasn’t much there, but the pool was absolutely disgusting. There’s no way me or my kids were either gonna step a foot in there but other than that, the place was great great location, clean room but again the pool was disgusting.

Spacious, comfortable room. Close to Greenbelt Trail and Beale Street. Breakfast was OK.

La piscine était fermé, malgré le fait qu’il fesait 40 degrés dehors. C’est décevant. Nous avions réservé cet hôtel pour la piscine. Nous aurions aimé être aviser que la piscine serait fermé.
