We finally parked on level 7 and climbed up and down and I have osteoarthritis in my knees. It was painful.

The room was very clean and the view was amazing!! Staff were extremely nice!! Parking was tight! Breakfast was pretty good. We LOVED the pool.

We had a 1st floor room and the street noise would have been a downer but we both sleep with fans so they drowned out the majority of the street noise, so FYI make sure to bring noise canceling items if you are on the 1st floor. Being a street level room, people walking by could just look in your room and see everything, thankfully I had brought hair clips to help close the curtains to avoid peepers and keep out the sunrise light. The hotel was in the perfect place for Beale St, hitting the interstates, the Bass Pro Pyramid, walking to the riverside, catching a bus etc! The reason for the 4 stars is....the only working ice machine was on the 10th floor, there was nothing in the rooms to offer new tourists assistance to local food, attractions or shopping (staff was no help to that either). I would definitely stay there again if I was ever in the area!

Location was on the Mississippi River. Nice view The shower part of the bathroom had no ventilation. It's too small to even turn around in. There is no privacy to get dressed and no place to add clothing while in the shower except the floor. Sink, toilet and shower should be together with a door for privacy!

Staff was nice, friendly and helpful!! Room was clean and staff for cleaning were very nice and helpful also. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. We had a great stay in Memphis!
