Aloft by Marriott Memphis Downtown

Second time I have stayed here and it was great. Exactly what I needed.

I loved this hotel! The staff was top-tier! I will definitely be returning!!

Clean. Great amenities.

Overall, it was a nice property with a helpful staff. However, there was a strong smell of urine in the room. Perhaps the smell was in the rug since they allow pets. I got in too late to bring it up, but this should have been caught by staff at some point.

No Breakfast at all What a Bummer!!!!

Superb

Exceptional

We love the hotel it was nice and we loved that everything was in walking distance to hotel

Channy

good location, big rooms, comfortable beds the strong air freshener in the lobby

Disappointing

Rooms are small, and be prepared to pay for parking..

Glad to have a clean, spacious room to spread out and rest in while in Memphis. The AC kept up in the 90s+ weather, the automatic blinds and curtains are helpful to capture a bit of sunlight or darken the room. The fitness center is clean, spacious and well appointed. The lobby has snacks including breakfast options that you can charge to your room or pay off at the front desk. The staff are very accommodating and kind.

Room was not up to typical Marriott standards was very disappointed in room . Never got service only clean towels we had to ask for them . Never cleaned room or clean sheets in 3 nights 4 days. Staff was amazing as far as desk. Bar, and valet wasn't to happy with housekeeping

The room, however, was not clean as I like to see it. There was hair in the sink and a used coffee bag in the coffee machine. Also the coffee supplies were poorly stocked.

There was an event at the hotel and the music was very loud in the room. Not appreciated!

I loved everything

I had a good time there and will book again in the near future.

I had a good time...

Decent location. The young lady at check was friendly and efficient. Close to lots of places for food and easy Lyft pick up.
