Staff members were great, had to change rooms due to the fact that the first bathroom wasn’t clean

We stayed on the 12th floor. It was clean and quiet. The ice was very handy from our room. The amenities in the room were very nice. The hotel staff were very friendly, helpful and courteous. Would definitely stay there again. They put us in touch with someone who took us on a city tour. Was very helpful.

Everything you need is here. Walkable to Beale Street. Roof top bar. Downstairs bar. Top Swing indoor golf area. Pool table. Totally loved and enjoyed my stay. Friendly helpful staff. Would definitely stay again

The room had very few hangers. The curtains were defective. No breakfast. Strange blueprint of the floors. Slow elevator. Parking available only by valet. Slow valet.

Excellent atmosphere clean rooms just a great experience

Everything was very good except no breakfast.

Room was clean and plenty of space. Not very sound proof could hear inside and outside traffic from the 11th floor

The property, staff, and room was great! The valet process could use some improvement . To park there is Valet only for $35 per night but it takes 20 or more minutes to park and get your car back. Some people were just goin to get their own cars. Nothing on the valet girl or guy, the process is just very inefficient.

Awesome Friendly Professional Staff, As Well Room Was Nice & Clean.

Whoever thought putting Bluetooth speakers in each room for guests to use was not thinking about the drunk guests that come up from the bar at midnight and blast their music. I stay in a lot of hotels but this was the worst experience I’ve had. The staff was good the location was good but the noise was unreasonable. It may have been isolated to my area but I doubt it.

I was too early for my booked room cause of a situation with my 1st booked room and Aloft staff Help me out by giving me the 1st available room and some refreshing flavor water and great listening music as I sat in a very comfortable sitting area and one a the staff gave me a little tour and explained to me how I can get around the city on a Free transportation and some Great sites to visit on my very short stay. I had so much Fun in such a short time there and in Memphis that I will be coming Back as long as I can stay there with my girlfriend.

Room was a little odd but very adequate. Thin walls tho, got awakened early in the morning by noisy neighbors. Otherwise had a great stay.
