The location was good for our activities. Loved that you could walk to nearby locations. The bed was big. The food at the restaurant was good. Had good lighting eventho some of the bulbs were out. The staff was nice. The room needs to be updated. You could not control the air..it stayed at one temp, one fan speed, the water in the shower was polar opposites- the cold was hot and the hot was cold for a minute we didnt think we had hot water, the bed was hard, no microwave in the rooms, no continental breakfast, the air conditioner unit door fell off, no mirrors in the room only in bathroom, room could have been a lot cleaner - needed deep cleaning, sofa, rug

Stayed with my family. Only thing I noticed was a must probably from the ac unit in the room. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was beyond our expectations and the valet and secured parking gave us great peace of mind while staying down town. Trolly wasn't running because of utility work but down town was very walkable and impressively clean.

The room was clean and well stocked. We were disappointed that the hot tub was out of order since our group was a sports team and we purposely sought out a hotel that had one. The $32 per night parking was also an unwelcome surprise that I feel should be clear upfront . Otherwise it was a great stay!

Overall fine, but definitely no frills. The room was pretty standard, except the TV was running parallel to the bed so you had to go get on the little loveseat to watch it without breaking your neck 😂

The hotel was a good choice for a two day stay. Close to Beale Street. Staff were super helpful. The room was clean, but the outside balcony needs a thorough clean up.

Room had weird mildew smell and felt extremely damp! I brought my own tissues and when I left we noticed the box was literally damp and realized that was the very unpleasant smell that we couldn’t rid the room of! Also it wasn’t the cleanest. For over $260/night we expected much better! Next time in Downtown Memphis we will definitely explore other options. Although staff was pleasant, take your money elsewhere.

Both breakfast availability and people were fine. My room was opposite the elevator. So I heard it all night. The toilet had a problem filling after a flush. There was a recessed light in the ceiling that hung down from the ceiling out of the socket.

Stains on furniture in room. Bathroom dated, shower needs replacing, door leaked.
