MOXY Memphis Downtown

I was not expecting much, but after the fourth day I had to ask for my room to be cleaned. My main complaint was the valet parking service. They actually lost my car one day and I had to wait for them to find it. Several times I stood waiting more than ten minutes for my vehicle even though I was “first in queue”.

The hotel is not well maintained. We stayed on the 6th floor. As we got off the elevator there was a water leak coming from the fire alarm in the ceiling. A full bucket of water directly in front of the elevators. The room had sticky floors and the bathroom door had not been cleaned. When you closed the pocket door there were disgusting stains. Also the hotel does not have free parking the parking is by PMC valet and it is 32.00 per night. The app they used tried to have me log in and set up more than one account. I do not recommend. Stay elsewhere. The worst part is after I looked at the room I went to desk and asked for a refund. I wanted to go elsewhere. Because I booked through expedia (third party) I could not. I went to the expedia app and there is no phone number. I went online found the number and was told by the message that I would get a call back.. Guess what no call. I am cancelling my expedia account. Such BAD service.

Room was spotless with no issues at all. Staff was amazing and helped with everything. The bar was excellent.

Room was absolutely filthy , stained bed sheets , shower knob falling off , loud air conditioning.

Room is small but amenities and location outweigh this factor. Lots of games downstairs, bar on site, ideal walking location to many Memhpis attractions, staff had a good vibe. Food items are limited on the menu but hotel is within walking distance to many other restaurants. Free popcorn and free drink token is a nice touch too. Decor is cute, valet parking is convenient and quick.

The room was excellent, really comfortable and clean The communal areas were great fun The hotel is well placed for easy walking to Beale Street, cafes and restaurants. It’s also close to public transportation We would certainly recommend it to friends

LOVED the vibe, all the games to keep you entertained was really cool. The rooms were small but very nice and comfy beds, awesome shower, front desk very accommodating. Overall extremely great hotel and I have traveled a lot. 10 out of 10!!!

Was told the room would sleep 5 , not even close and wasn’t able to sleep since there was a lack of sleeping locations

Great location. Staff was friendly and helpful. The bar in the lobby was fun. Parking wasn’t ideal, but I understand in a city, a valet is sometimes necessary.

Lack of refrigerator did not help given 90 F heat. Valet packing was troublesome as the valet forgot to turn off brakes. Other than that, it is a pretty nice place to stay for a night

Easy access to many local sights.

Loved the Memphis Moxy downtown! The bartender was helpful and friendly he gave us a list of his favorite local restaurants in the area and a welcome drink that was appropriated. We arrived early and he let us do an early check in and we got to play shuffleboard. I would definitely recommend Memphis Moxy!

Location is excelent if you want toMemphis downtown and Beale Street. Staff is very nice and serviceable.
