Customer service at check in last night and this morning. Abu dance of food and drink available. #1 for us was the location in downtown Memphis. Toilet seat was not secure. I would have liked to have an additional blanket available. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable

The set up was very unique from check in until I got to room 10/10 It was no microwave or fridge

The bar was cute staff was friendly It wasn't nothing I didn't like

Everything was awesome only thing I didn’t like was that there is no mini fridge in the room and it could use more mirrors 😂

Enjoyed proximity to Beale St, everything was great from atmosphere to prices

Friendly and accommodating staff. Very nice room. My I kt gripe is that the shower knob was broken. The shower job was broken. It kept coming off while trying to turn the between hot and cold

Great location a few blocks off Beale and within walking distance to the Civil Rights Museum and Old Dominick Distillery. Friendly staff. We rarely hang out much in a hotel but were tired after checking in Friday and did the Friday night lobby trivia--it was fun! My only complaint is that there was only one towel/clothing hook in the bathroom--definitely need more. Other than that the room was comfy and clean.

I’ve never stayed in a smaller room in my life. There’s no ice machine, no coffee makers. The bathroom was uncomfortably tiny. There’s no microwave or refrigerator in the rooms. It just gives off a very depressing vibe. Only thing we enjoyed were the pinball machines. Never again!
