This property is totally cool! When you check in it's like a total bar scene and fully stocked, they have pinball machines, record player with records to play. Close enough to walk down to Beale st. The room was nice with all the amenities.

Secret was great at check in. She provided great information and service. We enjoyed the games and the trivia during our stay. The hotel had a whole young vibe to it. Great location to access nearby attractions.

They lose my car keys 3 times (valet). I will never stay or recommend this hotel in Memphis. Stay at other Moxeys and had great experiences in Nashville and Chattanooga. .

I was not expecting much, but after the fourth day I had to ask for my room to be cleaned. My main complaint was the valet parking service. They actually lost my car one day and I had to wait for them to find it. Several times I stood waiting more than ten minutes for my vehicle even though I was “first in queue”.

The young woman responsible for check-in & bar drinks took a while to get to us (both check-in & drinks). It was not her fault. She was tasked with two jobs that can understandably conflict in the afternoon & evening.

The hotel is not well maintained. We stayed on the 6th floor. As we got off the elevator there was a water leak coming from the fire alarm in the ceiling. A full bucket of water directly in front of the elevators. The room had sticky floors and the bathroom door had not been cleaned. When you closed the pocket door there were disgusting stains. Also the hotel does not have free parking the parking is by PMC valet and it is 32.00 per night. The app they used tried to have me log in and set up more than one account. I do not recommend. Stay elsewhere. The worst part is after I looked at the room I went to desk and asked for a refund. I wanted to go elsewhere. Because I booked through expedia (third party) I could not. I went to the expedia app and there is no phone number. I went online found the number and was told by the message that I would get a call back.. Guess what no call. I am cancelling my expedia account. Such BAD service.

The rooms not having a microwave in the room. That’s the only thing

Room small, no closet or drawers, just hanging hooks. More disappointed, sink didnt drain properly, mattress cover had stains. Small folding table, not big enough room for 2 people to eat. Not a good Marriott Envoy hotel, needs work
