The room was excellent, really comfortable and clean The communal areas were great fun The hotel is well placed for easy walking to Beale Street, cafes and restaurants. It’s also close to public transportation We would certainly recommend it to friends

LOVED the vibe, all the games to keep you entertained was really cool. The rooms were small but very nice and comfy beds, awesome shower, front desk very accommodating. Overall extremely great hotel and I have traveled a lot. 10 out of 10!!!

Was told the room would sleep 5 , not even close and wasn’t able to sleep since there was a lack of sleeping locations
-
Location was great, walkable to all main attractions and Beale Street - got to see the peabody ducks too which was amazing¬ Great vibes in the hotel, guy at the front desk was so pleasant and helpful (cant remember his name sorry!!) nothing to report :)

Great location, cool vibe, free games. It was all good.

Free drink token The air conditioner wasn’t working properly, there was no refrigerator or microwave, the rooms are very small, no iron in the room, the train running through downtown was pretty loud, the gm also didn’t have good customer service and blamed it on not wanting to take the time out to learn the new system they had since he was getting off work in 15 minutes.

Will be returning!!

Drink tokens People shouting outside in the middle of the night

The rooms was amazing no breakfast I like everything

Great location. Staff was friendly and helpful. The bar in the lobby was fun. Parking wasn’t ideal, but I understand in a city, a valet is sometimes necessary.
-
Lack of refrigerator did not help given 90 F heat. Valet packing was troublesome as the valet forgot to turn off brakes. Other than that, it is a pretty nice place to stay for a night

Easy access to many local sights.

Loved the Memphis Moxy downtown! The bartender was helpful and friendly he gave us a list of his favorite local restaurants in the area and a welcome drink that was appropriated. We arrived early and he let us do an early check in and we got to play shuffleboard. I would definitely recommend Memphis Moxy!

The location is excellent. A short walk to the restaurants and clubs on Beale Street. Not very far to drive to the other sights in Memphis. The hotel itself, however, had fun and a quirky vibe. In the communal/ reception area, we enjoyed the pinball machines, games and record player, which gave the property a unique character. The room was also quirky and the bed was very comfortable, which meant a good night's sleep. Overall, the hotel has plenty of personality and some great features, but a warmer welcome from the reception team would have improved our experience. Unfortunately the reception staff were not as friendly or helpful as we had hoped, which was a disappointing first impression.

This was the first time I have stayed at a Moxy Hotel. I will definitely stay at another Moxy again. The location for this particular Moxy was great for Beale Street. I would stay here again if I ever go back to Memphis.
