Hampton Inn & Suites Memphis-Beale Street

Great location – that was the main reason we chose this hotel. Disappointing for this price range – living on past glory In our opinion, this hotel is currently just living off its good reputation. For a hotel in a high price segment, it completely fails to stand out from the crowd. It is high time for management to reinvest here. The carpets, in particular, look quite dingy and worn out, which really drags down the overall impression. The breakfast was also a letdown. While advertised as featuring "fresh fruit," it only offered the standard apples and bananas. It was the ultimate run-of-the-mill breakfast you can find at any basic hotel. For the high price we paid, we definitely expected better quality and more attention to detail. At this price point, we cannot recommend it.

Great spot, walkable. Staff was very helpful

this place was clean the people were very nice snd helpful

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent. The floors were dirty and needed a deep clean. Rooms were dark and dingy. Breakfast was awful.

The location made it easy to walk to the Blues venues. Parking was convenient. It was noisy on Saturday night, but the sign on the front desk warned us and earplugs were provided.

1 block to Beale street No view from room

Exceptional

This was a great property for its location. It’s close to everything that you want to see. If you have a room on the Beale Street side however it’s noisy. They provide earplugs, which is a benefit.

Location and clean

It room was nice clean and stuff breakfast was great The bed was hard and uncomfortable so with the noise of the location it was hard to get to sleep could have got over the noise if the bed was better solfter

Loved everthing about this hotel. The rooms are spacious, the size of the bath vanity is awesome. The bed, linen, furnishings, everything is top notch. Can't say enough good about it!

Disappointed
