The staff was super nice and friendly. Breakfast was good. Location was great (walking distance from many services like stores and restaurants). Pool was an extra convenience for the kids The hotel is close to some local bars that plays live music, so the room could be a bit noisy at night. Luckily, the hotel provided ear plugs

The reception staff is courteous and helpful with any questions. Very spacious and clean room. Good breakfast. Excellent location.

At night might disturb you. We loved it. Only issue was the desk personnel communicated badly about when our room would be ready. That person was the exception as the rest of our stay was great.

Great location the staff was fantastic. Everybody was lovely. The breakfast was great. The gym was nice.

I arrived at 2pm but check in was at 4pm and the staff didn't get me checked in until 430pm. Location was great and breakfast was good as well.

Upon arrival, the staff was awesome. The hotel from the lobby to the room was very clean. Had view to everything downtown. I will most definitely return to this hotel the next time I’m in Memphis, Tennessee
