Hampton Inn & Suites Memphis-Beale Street

After checking in, we went to the car, loaded a luggage cart. While we were trying to get the cart in the door, your maintenance man, Stanley, asked if we needed help (we are disabled), we said sure. This young man, took our luggage all the way to our room, and even into our room, he then said, just put the cart in the hall, and he would take care of it. Later, we sat down on the sofa, to relax and watch tv. My guest went to plug in my phone charger, beside the sofa, behind the lamp, and a roach ran up her hand and arm, before she got it off in the floor. We stepped on it and killed it. I asked the gentlemen at the front desk later, if the hotel had been sprayed recently. He informed me it had. I informed him of what happened. He left note for manager. Clean rooms, amazing staff, breakfast was delicious.

Everything was nice and clean! No problems checking in. We felt safe and secure

This place is professionally run.

The room had someone’s lashes under the mattress and looked like blood under the mattress that was allegedly washed. Every morning we had to walk on sticky flops in the lobby. The breast staff was amazing. Parking was a lil confusing.

Everything was really clean and check-in was fast and easy. Parking is connected to a garage so your vehicle is out of the elements. The staff was very helpful with directions of the surrounding area. Breakfast is served from 7:30 - 10:30 daily and it's hot and fresh. You get eggs, sausage, oatmeal, waffles, cereals, toast, coffee and juices.

Front desk staff were very helpful with directions and information. Room with balcony was very nice. Room temperature could have been cooler but not unmanageable.

The room was nice. I thought it would be a little bigger by the pictures but overall I really liked it.

Great location for Beale Street/downtown Memphis. My only complaint is that when I went to check in, the man in front of me did not have a reservation and he got his room (exact same room type I had) for $20 per night less that what Booking.com charged me.

Really nice place with pleasant staff.

I loved everything about my stay here. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I’d love to give a big huge thank you to Tammy she was the nicest person I could have ever come across. She gave us highlights on events, attractions and Taxi drivers. She made everything very comfortable during our stay and her biscuits and gravy were the best for the breakfast accommodations.

We had a suite with two king beds and a pullout couch and kitchenette. It was so nice and roomy. The staff was fantastic. The location was perfect… And free breakfast!

Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Staff was top notch. Easy parking and easy access to Beale Street. Highly recommend.

The Friendly staff and location. The new cafe. The manager exceptional. Nice size rooms. We had a kind suite with kitchen and balcony connected to double queen room. The kitchen had a full refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stove, and a table. The key card didn't work sometimes, We had connecting rooms, so I just went in through the other door. The walk from the garage. Wish there was valet parking. Our room had a slight mildew smell.

The staff at this hotel is filled with superstars. Everyone was extremely helpful, kind, and filled with guidance. Two women went above and beyond to take care of me during my stay. Maegan was the best front desk clerk I've experienced. She made sure I had a room as soon as possible because of a storm warning. She checked on me throughout my stay. Another person who went above and beyond was Lanae (pardon the spelling if incorrect). She checked on anything I needed to keep my room in great shape. Both deserve praise for going above and beyond in their jobs, and everyone there was fantastic!

Right next to Beale street and close to Lorraine Motel. Nice room and staff were very nice
