Conveniently located near Beale Street. This property exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this hotel.
-
Check-in was at 4pm, when we arrived I was told I was upgraded and the room still was not ready until about 7pm and was never compensated for the delay of the hotel
-
No breakfast was included and we ran out of clean towels and wash cloth.

Very good

Room was clean and comfortable. A/C was very quiet and kept the room at a good temperature. Was very disappointed that the restaurant and bar were not open. Was expecting breakfast but ended up with doughy packaged pastry, cuties and yogurt. Was not notified before hand that restaurant was not functional.

Overall, convenient location and friendly staff. Rooms could be cleaner-shower tiles, carpet, hallways. Room was stocked with sufficient towels but only ONE face cloth, every time we called for more we were told they were being washed. We never received additional towels. One night if the stay there was a strong sewage gas odor for most of the night.
