Reviews

This hotel is always great to stay in. Very convenient to Beale Street!
-
Great location with clean room and facilities.
-
Room was clean and staff was very helpful and courteous. There was an event going on downtown and so had a very hard time getting to the parking garage with all the closed off streets.
-
Great location and excellent staff

Pleasant
-
Great location, walkable to Beale St. but safe.
-
Negatives- bed bugs in blanket on the bed, staff not responsive at all when asked to refill soap, shampoo. Shower not clean.
-
Excellent close to everything
-
Hotel was amazing. Rooms were clean & love the staff.
-
Inattentive staff, asked for a quiet room and placed over an ongoing party. Had to change rooms late at night. Scalding hot water in the shower without ability to change temperature. Really??? This is acceptable for a Westin now? There should be compensation and accountability.
-
This hotel was well worth the money. It was comfortable and located right where we had access to Beall Street with ease
-
The bathroom shower could stand attention. There was mildew in the bottom

Great overall experience

The stove was filled with pans with old food. It was just a mess.

Exceptional

While this isn't a horrible situation, it still could've been a great example of customer service. It's a shame it wasn't.

Clean great food

One thing that I like about this hotel is the location, close at almost place we wanted to go. The bed was great and a well clean facility. The one thing my family and I didn’t like was the TV service. It rain we were in our room stuck with nothing to watch because of the tv service.
-
Restaurant slow it took 45 minutes for 3 sandwiches an 1 Alfredo. Then when it finally came out the Alfredo was wrong. Also hot water for shower not even close to be hot enough.

Thanks
