It would have great to have been able to use the cabanas at the hotel. I understand that there are some who abuse the privilege, but it would have been great to be able to use all of the amenities. Besides that, everything else was wonderful. The staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating.

The check in was friendly, professional and helpful. We did have a river view which we paid for but a side view, not straight on. The hotel staff all very nice. The bed was clean but too soft for us and hard to turn over. Pillows a little soft but all clean and smelled good. The room setup was very unique all with sink, shower and toilet all big, separate and private. The decor was very Memphis. We did not like the motion sensor lighting under the bed!! We can’t sleep well with lights going off and on when up at night. It was mostly quiet except the night pacer above us! We love quiet and dark. The hotel was very nice overall. We enjoyed going to Beale St. for the delicious BBQ where we were also treated well!! Yum! Beale Street needs a good firehose and bleach disinfectant cleanup all over.

Room wasn’t ready at check in time, not enough towels, and money was stolen out of car console in Valet parking

The location was great just a few blocks from all the action on Beale Street! The manager Patrice was awesome and the valet staff were great! The only problem was our room at first. It looked like someone was in there already. The manager Patrice fixed everything for us. She was very pleasant and made sure we were good the whole weekend!

First class! Perfect location if you are visiting Beale St

Room size was OK for an accessible room. Staff was nice at checking but lacked warmth. The staff in the restaurant and for the rooftop bar were all amazing, so friendly and helpful. Restaurant food was good but not a huge selection. Valet parking - when we pulled up the valet parking was swamped with cars. Seemed likle only one person was on and no clear signage directing where to go. After 5 minutes of waiting my wife got out of the car and found the attendant. He had us park into a space where a car had just pulled out. Said he would send a text that would set us up for car pickup but also told us take a picture of the claim. Glad he did that because we never got the text. In the morning they were less busy and then sent a text after I mentioned it. Car was ready when we got down after check out.
