Hyatt Centric Beale Street Memphis

Was in a perfect location. Everything was great from check-in to checkout.

The King room we had was perfect and the bed was real comfy. Shower is Big and Clean So easy to walk to Beale Street and The Peobody Hotel. Vallet was easy thumbs up to them too.

I liked the smell , the area of the hotel , right off Beale street , very accessible! What i didn’t like about the property is they lost my car before i even checked in , didn’t have my room number it was this big party going on and they didn’t care about the other customers only the party they had on the rooftop , so my car was lost and didn’t find it until a hour later and i didn’t catch my reservation at Maghony , i woke up the following morning with the same problem couldn’t find my car this time I’ve checked in & ready to go this manager tells me he’s gonna refund my stay . I was in a rush and was ready to go , called back a couple days later to confirm, the manager tells me he’s gonna refund don’t recall and he can only refund me for valet . But i was already told from a manager i was getting a refund .

This Hotel was very nice & children friendly. Loved the roof top bar restaurant. Great view. Rooms were clean & comfy.

I loved this hotel. Staying there made our first trip to Beale St. wonderful Easy walking distance to great music. We will be coming back often.

Great location near the river and the main streets, with excellent restaurants nearby. The staff was kind, welcoming, and professional. The only thing I would have liked is for breakfast to be included in the price, especially since it wasn’t the cheapest.

It was quirky. The heated pool was too cold. The panoramic rooftop bar overlooking the Mississippi was closed for a private function which was incredibly disappointing as I was only there for 1 night and it was the main reason I chose the hotel.

Overall, the stay was very enjoyable and the motel was super nice and clean. It was a big disappointment that the rooftop bar was booked out. Most of the staff was absolutely wonderful. The valet service was awesome. The only downfall was at the bar, the two bartenders were extremely cranky and not personable at all.
