Top location No dislikes

The location The front desk staff was not knowledgeable about 3rd party bookings. They didn’t understand there is a virtual card to charge for my stay and days later I still have a hold on my card for almost $200.

Clean, comfortable room Parking garage was difficult to find - not being from the US it wasn't clear where we needed to go. Ended up parking opposite the hotel in a public garage

Sitting around the firepit on the rooftop bar at night was magic. The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring downtown Memphis. We felt safe at all times, the staff are helpful and the room was clean and very comfortable. I kept running out of tea pods for the hot drink machine in our room. But that is probably just a Kiwi complaint

I stayed at the Hyatt centric hotel. This hotel lobby is very cozy. The staff is very welcoming and nice and helpful. It is right on Beale Street. Rooftop bar is out of this world. One block over to Main Street to catch the rubber wheel trolley which runs from Bass Pro shop to amtrak Central Station.

Great location at end of Beale Street. Really modern and lovely clean rooms Nothing could be improved

So we could walk to the start/finish line. House keeping was a challenge and that was frustrating! We needed towels (they would never take our old ones when they would straighten up the room) and we could not get soap for the bathroom sink! She did not speak English!!

I have been trying unsuccessfully for months to get an invoice for my week-long stay by email, both through Booking.com and directly from the hotel. No chance—unsuitable for business trips!!! Breakfast was nice but no buffet, The view from the room was good looking over the river. The location was good. They tried putting us in a room we did not book, which was a lower standard than what we paid for. I complained, and the woman at the reception said we do not have those rooms at this hotel. Ah, yes, you do, we booked that room, the exact same one that is showing on your own website. I had to go to reception and demand we get placed in the room we booked, corner room with double window view, we got it but it was not as nice as the first room. The woman at reception was not nice or friendly and treated us with disrespect. We are two women travelling together, weather she had a problem with that, I don't know. We asked for an umbrella, she said they did not have any, only 3 available for the whole hotel. What? Our TV was not working, then I lost it and complained again about how we were being treated. The management got involved, and she shorted it out. As they could not fix the TV, she got us upgraded to a suite, which was nice.room. The breakfast was supposed to be included each day, only to find we had a $25 limit from the menu each day and had to pay the extra, which was over $150 Aus. I would not recommend this hotel, the staff made it an uncomfortable stay.

Great location. Comfortable room Delayed check in, valet due to VIP
-
Just across street from Orpheum theater, great location, parking ramp across the street. Bar/Food inside restaurant so do not have to seek out restaurant. Clean comfortable room.
-
Very close to the Orpheum
-
Prime location. The walls were pretty thin so I could hear the housekeeper next door cleaning, and it woke me up. For the price of the stay, I wish the amenities stayed open longer, especially the kitchen for room service or just pickup. Valet had trouble finding my keys on more than one occasion.

It was great Nothing

The location I don’t dislike anything
-
Good size rooms. Clean and modern hotel. Good facilities - 24/7 gym, outdoor pool, chill out / games area. Friendly staff. Good location, only a 4 minute walk to the start of Beale Street and felt a safe area. Vallet parking at the hotel, which was good value and the car felt safe compared to leaving it in public parking. The hotel is on a main road and there were a lot of noisy cars driving late at night which we could hear. We might have being unlucky with the night we stayed and cars driving past.
