Property was very clean, and quiet, and comfortablerooms and bed. Staff was nice and helpful. Very walkable to nearby Beale St. Cheap parking across the street.

The room, and entire hotel, was very clean and smelled wonderful! Loved the friendly staff, the restaurant and bar options, especially the new rooftop bar. The location cannot be beat, as well as the view! Would return again and again.

Great place! The room I was in had a stain on the chair and curtains. I was surprised for such a nice place.

The only advice to offer is to ensure the comforters are changed and cleaned and not to just place a sheet on top. House cleaning came late and was unable to clean our room, and there was a communication gap, as she said she didn’t speak English. This also happened to our friends that travel with us and had a separate room. I was able to show her I needed towels and Washcloths after our 4th and final night of our stay. Other than that the front and concierge staff, location, convenience, gym area, ambiance all make this a top rated experience and hotel

This was one of the nicest hotels I ever stayed at. It smelled so good in the rec area and the layout was so unique. The room was clean and spacious the view was amazing. We will definitely give this hotel 5 out 5 stars
