Room was charming, clean and well taken care of. The staff was wonderful. Breakfast was a delight. You filled out your order the night before and hung it on your door. The next morning at the time of your choosing it is delivered. I opened the door and there was a man with a tray filled with our order. The pastries were warm and the smell was amazing. I can't say enough wonderful things. We would definitely stay here again.

You have to navigate steps with your luggage and there are no chairs in the suite we were in. The staff was exceptional - very helpful. The bed was comfy. The location was not the best but not the worst - within walking distance to most attractions. We loved the old history of the place. Would definitely go there again.

Very cool property. No staff onsite but easy to check yourself in. Great bar in the basement, amazing rooms that are like a decent sized apartment. Close to downtown. Loved it,

Hotel Pontonoc is an experience I and of itself. For the textured vibes in the decor to the progressive self check in, you will be in awe of every detail from arrival to the hotel and your uniquely designed room and all the amenities to woo you, I’m in love with every bit of this hotel. The breakfast is also perfection, along with the nosyalig. Retro throwback designs in the furniture, wallpaper and kitchnetteies…me lovey this amazingly designed hotel in all its historic glory with gospel on demand in every room!,,,,,,,❤️❤️❤️❤️🙏🪽⚡️💕😇

The breakfast was amazing!! The room was one of the nicest, most chic, dope rooms I’ve ever stayed in!!

Let’s start with the quick/friendly assistance the staff gave to make sure when we arrived, everything was easy…from parking to getting access to the hotel/room. Yes, it was via text…but there was no question or issue not taken care of! Stepping in the hotel was like going back in time…everything was just magical…well to me at least! The room was even better; beautifully decorated…vintage fridge and microwave just made it just so very cool. Huge TV! And loved the bathroom. Again, they took their time creating such a great ambiance! We also visited the bar…loved is an understatement! Again everything was vintage…gave us such an old world feel! The staff was so friendly and helpful! If I could give the our experience a 20 out of 10 I would! Highly recommend!

Excellent in the boutique hotel space. Vintage and modern combined, lots of beautiful touches throughout. Loved The Dame downstairs!

The Hotel Pontotoc was perfect. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and spacious. I will definitely return.

Interesting that they have a texting system so you never see any staff except when they deliver the in-room continental breakfast. They are very attentive and answered every question or request we made through their text system. 10/10 recommend!

Rooms are shabby. Old, really bad. Unsafe - no personnel on site. Parking was in an open, unmanned garage in forth floor with no access to elevators for hotel guests. All contact is through text messages. No elevators. Felt like a 2-star property. Miles away from what is advertised on the internet. We felt cheated. It felt like a dress delivered which is old and torn with the vendor refusing to refund the money. There are at least 10 properties nearby which are ten times better at the same cost.

Beautifully designed and staged, with extra amenities and even a Speakeasy! Would happily stay there again.

It’s not a hotel. It’s an Airbnb. You have to check yourself in remotely. There’s no staff nothing to call. Calling this a hotel is a clear misrepresentation.

Enjoyed our stay, it’s a little different than traditional hotels as there’s no face to face communication at check in, which is nice in most aspects and different in others. But we enjoyed our stay all the same
