The valet was excellent, They went above and beyond for us, Provided us with info for hot spots in the city and informed us on good spots to eat. Front desk personnel was friendly and positive attitudes, We will definitely stay here again. Water was cold my last morning there, Even though I left it running to get hot for a while, I did inform the staff

Home 2 Suites is my go-to hotel and the one in Memphis did not disappoint at all. As usual, my expectations were met and when I visit Memphis again, I will be lodging at Home 2 Suites again. The staff was great and extremely courteous at all times.

Beds were comfy, rooms were big and clean!

This was an average Home2Suites. Beware of parking this hotel only offers free on street parking. There is a valet service which is $45 a day.

Everything! Service, cleanliness, and location Nothing

The location was amazing for our needs. It was updated. Our room smelled like cigarette smoke, making my husband & me congested. The air conditioner didn’t blow very cold to be set on 64 .

The breakfast left a lot to be desired

When we arrived, no one was at the front desk to let us in. We buzzed repeatedly and called the hotel numerous times with no response. At 2:32 a.m., we even contacted Hilton corporate, and their representative was also unable to reach the night clerk. We eventually had to leave the hotel and find a gas station just so our family could use the restroom. The clerk finally answered when we called again around 2:57 a.m. What made the situation even more frustrating was that she denied being away from the desk and denied that we had been calling, despite our phone records and our call to Hilton documenting otherwise. We didn't get settled into our room until approximately 3:46 a.m., more than an hour after arriving. Then we discovered there was no hot water. The shower was completely cold. We were offered another room, but by then two of our children were already asleep, and moving our entire family again in the middle of the night was unreasonable. The morning desk clerk apologized and said we would receive a credit, but after this experience, we have no desire to return to this location. We have requested a full refund to our original payment method instead. When you pay nearly $200 for a hotel room, especially after traveling all day, being able to enter the hotel.

Location is exceptional! Room was a great size for 4 adults. Very clean. Amenities and breakfast were good. Outstanding thing for us was the gorgeous woman at front desk, didn’t get her name but she only started 3 weeks ago. She is exceptional, all her recommendations were superb. So friendly, we absolutely loved her!!!!! Nothing really, far exceeded our expectations

Clean room, good breakfast, the staff members were absolutely incredible. Anthony checked us in, gave us directions when we needed it, and provided local advice. He assured us of tha safyin walking around at night and pointed us to Beale street, just a short walk down the street. We had a wheelchair and everything was easily accessible, including the walk to Beale street. The ladies at the front desk were also amazing, helpful and friendly. A great stay.
