Exceptional

The staff were extremely helpful and cool to talk to. Even suggested B.B. Kings and other restaurants to try as well as taking a river boat tour. Definitely will stay here again. Valet parking was expensive. We just used street parking.

The staff was great

The night staff guy was amazingly pleasant as if we were their only guest! Pool was perfect. Everything clean and welcoming atmosphere. Breakfast was plentiful and good. My only question is…do they not have Biscuits & Gravy in Memphis?!!😁

No parking lot so street parking is required, my room smelled horrible shower was broken and sink wouldn't drain. Curtains were also broken. There's a 75 dollar charge Expedia doesn't cover for this hotel. Manager heard my issues and is working on a refund. Willing to give them another chance with how well the issues were handled.

Anthony was outstanding. All of the ladies were helpful except for the one in the morning who was rude when we asked any question. The Hotel was great and my group will be back. Only drawback is there needs to be more parking available.

My boyfriend and I needed a hotel for the night during a power outage at our home in Memphis. I would definitely recommend this hotel looking for a clean, comfortable stay close to South Main. The room was very nice and the bed was extremely comfortable. There was plenty of street parking, so we didn't need to use valet. I work a few blocks away, so the location was perfect and felt very safe.

Next time I come to Memphis I won’t waste my time staying anywhere else. This hotel and location was perfect for me and my family.

The hotel was very clean. Staff was nice and very helpful. They assisted me with my mother with wheelchair so she wouldn't have to walk down the long hallway. Anthony the desk clerk was very informative about the area gave excellent directions to near by restaurants.

In the downtown and you can easily reach the famous tourist spots by walking (Lorraine Motel, Beale Street, Sun Studio, ...). The reception staff on Saturday night were very friendly. I was really thankful for the free laundry, and the room really felt like a comfortable apartment. The hotel is also near Gus's World Famous Fried Chicken, apparently the best chicken you can get in America.
