Had to pay for parking/valet or park on the street. The hotel was in a not so great location. The room had no garbage bags in the garbage cans, and it smelled like wet dog! If you wanted to check in early it would be another $50! Besides the location and room smell it was an ok hotel.
-
Breakfast was a disappointment. It had a decent gym and was within easy walking distance to some great food.
-
The location, price, and free breakfast were all nice. The amenities in the room.
-
Adequate. Could have been healthier. Valet parking was expensive.
-
It a clean, friendly, and nice stay. No complaints, one suggestion valet park. It's much more convenient and worth the extra money.
-
All of the above were 5 star.
-
Everything didn’t have any issues. We did valet parking so that was a big help.
-
Well kept. All good.

We had a great room. The only thing I would recommend is that you guys don’t send a text about valet and picking up my car at 4:30 am in the morning because I you woke me up. I could not fall asleep and now I am so sleepy on my vacation.

Our experience was absolutely awful. We had a busted pipe under our room that caused a loud vibration noise all night long for two nights. They did offer to move us rooms. However, our family was on the same floor and would’ve been inconvenient for us. They offered us 5,000 points for our inconvenience. I have yet to receive the points. I have done two different chats with their customer service department and called the hotel. The hotel said they put the request in. That was over two weeks ago and I still have not received the points. Honestly, 5,000 points isn’t nearly enough for the crap that we went through staying at this hotel. Not only did we have the loud vibration noise, but we were also awoken at 7 AM, rushed out of the hotel, for a false fire alarm. I’m very disheartened that customers are treated this way. I travel for work every single month and I always choose to stay in a Hilton. After this experience, I don’t know that I’m going to stay in another Hilton.

Location and breakfast
-
I like the idea of cleaning every other day. The price for the value was reasonable. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially when we noticed the breakfast was not well stocked one day. Breakfast could offer healthier options, but overall it was very sufficient.
-
Up to date modern room and facilities Manager (Jose Alvarenga) had extremely poor customer interpersonal skills and lacking understanding of my disability needs.
-
Clean and comfortable. Good location and price.
-
That I could walk to Beale St..breakfast was pretty good. Parking! The only parking was valet parking and it was $45 per day. No where is this stated! I would not have stayed here if I I had known this upfront.

It's a very nice hotel. The rooms are big and have a lot of amenities and they're very clean. The staff was great. I called The front desk the day before we got there and talked to Jose who I believe is the manager and he was great about parking our oversized truck. He put out cones for us in the parking area. The location is decent, only about an 8 minute walk to Beale Street, and the price for the room was reasonable. I was very unhappy when I checked out to find out they charged $45 per day for valet parking. We parked our own truck since it's oversized, and to be honest, the price of the parking doesn't match the neighborhood or the city. We've parked much less expensively in New Orleans, Nashville and other cities in the area. And there is no mention of the parking rates when I parked or anywhere that I could see. There's plenty of free Street parking nearby, so I suggest you don't use their parking services.

Awesome Stay
-
Clean room, friendly staff, good breakfast and about 3 blocks from Beale St.
-
This is a chic laid back Centrally located hotel / Kitchenette, spacious Rooms , sink , full refrigerator, sink, dishwasher, microwave oven. They have wonderful staff that are there to accommodate you and answer Questions. I Must Say The Downside is The 3pm Check in, otherwise A great Hotel. Walking distance to Beal Street and the Civil Rights Museum. People use the Pool, Exercise room and The Free Breakfast is A Major Plus , make you Own Waffles, That was New 😂 The Coffee is Also good

It's a great place to stay. A little far from Beale to be walkable, but downtown is easily accessible with a car. Overall, it was a nice stay,
