ARRIVE Memphis

The hotel was a bit grittier than I was expecting but it was “cute.” Room was nice, feels like a DTLA loft. Not many amenities but the coffee shop downstairs was nice in the morning. Friendly staff.

I am super harsh when it comes to my hotels, but this one is one was one of the best i’ve ever stayed at. it is so clean, modern, and unique! great shower products (sald and stone) and also a mini fridge STACKED with treats. i am a travel agent, so ive seen some pretty nice hotels. you cant be the price, location, amenities, and service.

The fitness room was pretty sparse. If you do any type of weightlifting, you are going to be disappointed. The bar and the kitchen were pretty nice with decent food and drinks. It's a pretty hotel in a very nice location.

Arrive Memphis is a cute boutique hotel within a 15 minute walk of Beal Street. The lobby has antique furniture to go along with the unique design of the hotel. It also has a nice cafe and bar for your food and beverage needs throughout the day. We didn’t have any of the food items, but they looked delicious. We believe the hotel is a converted warehouse because some of the floors are still concrete and some walls have the original brick exposed. It just added to the charm of the hotel. Our room was also great with a spacious bathroom and shower area. The towels were very plush and they also provided robes. The bed, bedding and pillows were our favorite. So comfy and cozy! If you want something different than a chain hotel, this is the ticket!

The hotel was terrific and we loved it. However, we were charged for using drinks from the mini bar when we in fact did not. That is the only knock I would have on the hotel.

When I entered my room, there was a large hole in the ceiling directly above the bed with exposed electrical wiring hanging down. I immediately returned to the front desk and requested a different room. Not once was I offered an apology for the condition of the room. Instead, I was simply handed keys to another room, which happened to be a handicap-accessible room that did not meet the accommodations I had reserved or expected. Beyond the room issues, the hotel had an overall strange atmosphere that made me feel uncomfortable. The property felt poorly maintained, the elevator had an unpleasant odor, and the air vents in the rooms were covered in what appeared to be years of dust and buildup, making cleanliness a major concern. Due to the condition of the hotel, the poor customer service, and the overall feeling of discomfort, I decided to leave and requested to speak with the general manager. I will spare the details of my conversation with Rich, but it was far from professional and, at times, felt disrespectful. I ended up staying at the Canopy nearby instead and had a much better experience.

Always an excellent stay! We discovered Arrive last year, and made it a point to stay again this year on our long drive back to Illinois from Dallas. The staff are friendly, rooms are clean, beds are extremely comfortable, and I love scent of the toiletries. The drinks at Bar Hustle in the evening are enjoyable, and the quality of the coffee and pastries and Hustle & Dough are exceptional. Would absolutely recommend, and will plan to stay again in the future when we're in the area!

Great hotel in a former warehouse-type building. Very eclectic, industrial style decor, but the beds are super comfortable, bathrooms are well-stocked and uniquely laid out, and rooms are original and filled with fun accessories. Wish we had more than 1 night to stay here, but we will definitely be back!

I can not recommend this place enough. Rich, the GM, was so gracious and helpful. My room was wonderful and so artfully designed.
