Great place downtown, staff and facilities are top notch. Everything was great including the restaurant we had breakfast in the morning.

Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was great. Creativity in design was fun. Reception was friendly. Location was perfect. Don't have anything - we really enjoyed our stay. Rooms better than The Peabody - despite the Peabody's tradition and beautiful public areas.

It’s was beautifully vintage. The room was gorgeous. Pricing was a little high. No complimentary “ANYTHING “ other than soap..HAD to use valet parking. Extra charges here and there.

Everything was great the only thing that could have made it better was pool access. Beautiful property.

I love the style, the location, the comfortable space. It was not too big or small. I loved everything about the property except the valet when I was arriving June 27, 2026 around 5 pm. He was very rude and I felt rushed. No sign of help or hospitality. Every time a car pulled up he would huff like “oh my gosh.”

Wonderful stay in Memphis! Hotel is on the South end of Main Street within a 10 minute walk to Beale. The Hotel's Happy Hour is awesome and seems to draw in a lot of locals too. Will definitely stay there again.
