It is quite charming! Very uniquely decorated and the deep dish Detroit pizza was delicious! Very helpful and engaged staff.

Location was great. Room was clean and comfortable. Issues with being charged for an item off the minibar that I did not use (they did reimburse me). Also unclear on the drink specials for happy hour. Got charged for 2 drinks we didn't have (reimbursed). No coffee pot in room.

I loved the character and attention to detail throughout the property. It feels modern and trendy while still fitting perfectly into the historic Memphis setting. Definitely a great choice if you’re looking for something boutique, stylish, and a little different from the usual hotel experience. I’d happily stay here again! Great location too!

We always love Arrive! The pizza is amazing! And the bartenders are wonderful not to mention mention valet.

I love visiting hotels that have a unique boutique feel and this did not disappoint. We came in town to visit Graceland and this only 20 mins away. Great coffee and pastries in the lobby as well!

We did have two minor concerns: the fitness center was uncomfortably hot with no air circulation or accessible thermostat, and the elevator was out of order during our checkout, which required us to carry our bags down four flights of stairs. While these maintenance issues were inconvenient, they didn't ruin our experience, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Memphis. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a stylish, modern design. The lobby is particularly impressive, and I loved that it had both a bar and a coffee area, which gave it a really welcoming atmosphere. The bar also offers a happy hour, although unfortunately the timings meant we were never around to take advantage of it. The location is excellent, directly opposite the Lorraine Motel and within easy walking distance of downtown Memphis, making it a great base for exploring the city. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed and made great use of the space. My only criticisms were that complimentary bottled water wasn’t provided in the room, and the cleanliness could have been a little better, for example there was hair left on the shower wall when we arrived Despite those minor issues, we had a fantastic stay. The hotel has a great atmosphere, a brilliant location and gorgeous interiors, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Memphis.

It was a lovingly restored building that had both modern amenities with warm comfort throughout. The staff was friendly, extraordinarily helpful and a delight to speak with. Our only misadventure happened when the kitchen lost our breakfast ticket. We got our coffees but somehow, our Avocado Toast never arrived. They were incredibly busy and we suspect some other guest received our breakfast. It’s the one flaw with the order and take a number to a table system.
