We loved the lunge area. The staff there were great. The front desk staff were also great but we asked for them to lol at our tv because the remote was not working with the tv. No one ever came. Also there is supposed to be a volume control button to have music piped in (one of the features they talk about) and our room did not have one at all Overall our stay was good and we will be back.

Really cool hotel. It's my second stay there. I love the history behind it, and it's location. The staff is very friendly.

Such a fun and historic place to stay! Another one of my favorite places to stay in Memphis. I wish I had discovered this upon my first visit. The room rate very so in terms of booking a room for a business trip I have to watch for the rates to be in a certain range, otherwise I would stay here every time.

Would never book here again or recommend this place. Not happy!!

Fabulous hotel with a very fun theme. Would stay again

Parking. We had to pay for parking

Very nice property. Room was comfortable. Zero views. Literally another building. No hot water-only lukewarm-for our 4 night stay. Only tiny trash can in the bathroom. Had breakfast twice there. No iced tea although it’s on the menu. I made my own with a cup of ice and a hot tea. Server seemed surprised.

Cool vibe and good location. Parking was expensive at $30 a day. Music in the bar area was really loud. Staff very accommodating. Room was cozy and clean. Didn’t eat breakfast at onsite so cannot rate it. Would stay again.

Loved the cozy corner room that we were in

Exceptional

for $200 a night the ceilings should not be nasty looking and need to be painted. Breakfast should be free. Paying $50 to park was ideal

However, Expedia did a poor job as a third party. They did not have the right card information for the hotel so our payment did not go through. It was so difficult to get a hold of customer service at Expedia as well.

Amazing stay! Would book again.

Really nice hotel! The music in the lobby was great. Will stay again.

Had plenty of dust. Packaged food under/behind stand. Music in room didn't work. Had to switch rooms twice. Trolley wasn't working. Had trouble getting in and out the gate everytime we went in and out of the gate. People was smoking in the restaurant while 9pm DJ was playing. Smoking on the patio when it said the facility was smoke free. Could not get good sleep for hearing talking outside our window due to the crown in front the hotel partying outside. No mechanism to open curtains. Etc.
-
Clean (but very small) comfortable room. Nice bar. Helpful staff. Too expensive for what it was. Could have stayed at The Peabody for $30 more. Sketchy part of town. Expensive parking. No included breakfast.

Bed was good. That’s all of the shower was broken. One of the lamps was broken. The GPS takes you to the front of the hotel and there’s nowhere there that tells you where the front desk is so you’re chasing it around and then once you find out then you gotta drive all the way to the back where you pay to stay at the parking spot
