Staff was not helpful with assisting with television until almost check out time and kept giving me the run around in and out of the room for no reason at all when all he had to do was plug up the socket to my room to activate the television

Staff was more than helpful and location was good

The woman at the front desk was really nice. The room was clean. The neighborhood was a little rough.

Crappy service they didnt really care cost 50 extra dollars after booking online could not cancel or get a refund pool was covered and nasty drove up to a car being dtf swatted in the parking lot! Immediately took my family and went to holiday inn

Was close to the hospital and clinics and gas station and restaurants but the bad no coffee pot in room and pool not opened

Omg!!!! Okay so I should have known being that I am from Memphis and live here! My husband and I like to do staycations. My crazy butt see this on Expedia and was like oooh this is cheap and I have never heard of them. The room smelled like everything was dipped in cigarette smoke. There were roaches in the bathroom! I couldn’t sleep and was ready to just go back home! So this definitely won’t be on our staycation list! Matter of fact, it shouldn’t be on anyone’s list!

It was decent for a short stay and the price.

The place looks like they are remodeling. And it was cash only for the deposit. The staff was very nice.

Room was not what is advertised. There was no patio. Toilet was brown inside. Cigarette burn holes in sheets of both beds. Not safe. And manager would not refund me even though it was not the room I paid for. This should not even be on this website

Not worth a dime. The young redhead man in the front was digging in his nose on the phone until he finally looked up and seen me (yuck). The rooms are filthy bed skirts nasty and stained the room itself old and ran down. Stuff stuck to the door. Fast forward I asked for new sheets they had the audacity to ask me why?The sheets were stained housekeeping leaves I guess at about 6 or 630 but they are the only ones with the key they claim so no new sheets. Bad experience all around and want deposit for damages but the first room they gave us fridge was leaking the whole half of the closet door was gone and laying on the dresser. Stuff on the floor and again a dirty bed also a randown old room. The second room was a little better but still ran down. DO NOT STAY THERE PERIOD. OH dont get me started about the folks that hang around outside🙄

The place was absolutely amazing.

Second room was clearly a smoking room - it reeked of cigarette smoke and linens had cigarette burns. Shower did not work in second room. My police escort requested the room change because the first room was deemed a possible crime scene, but desk clerk was told to gove me this one. Too distraught from my previous evening's experience, I said nothing, but did my best to sleep it off and start fresh in the morning.

I enjoyed my stay at Kings Inn but it was few things wrong with the hotel. The room was clean but the bathroom did have a few problems. Also, the staff was very nice.

It was nice clean comfortable and loved that it was pet friendly

I moved out without spening a night. You will too.
