The hotel was dated but has been renovated. Bathroom was updated, new shower, basin but toilet was very low. Room was fine and bed very comfortable. Very quiet. Hallway did smell of cigarette smoke.

The property was fine. Not anything special but an average good, and quick place to stay.

Asked for a room with a shower, no water pressure. Toilet was about 14 inches high. Couldn't get off from it. My feet were black when I took my shoes off. Carpet was very dirty. Bug on ceiling. Nice staff worker. TJ i believe. Parking was good. Fence with barbed wire. Wasn't impressed at all wanted to leave after first day. But couldn't because I would forfeit my money. Expedia does not give out refunds.

The bed was very comfortable, the air conditioning worked really well, nice walk in shower, mini K cup coffee maker in room, and decent breakfast. Area around hotel is ify, but hotel felt safe.

The AC unit in the first room was squealing very loud, so we requested another room. They gave us a new room number, and when I unlocked the door with the key, someone else’s things were already in there; so I quickly went back to the front desk which assigned us a different new room. This new room was fine for the first night, but the key scanner on the door died the next morning; so they had to “break into” the room and move us to a new room for the second night. All in all, we had three separate rooms in a two-night stay, and the front desk caused me to walk in on someone else’s room while they were away.

The location that it was downtown Everything, the staff wasn’t concerned about my issues with my room. They didn’t want to provide a refund so we can find somewhere else to stay. They acted if I was apart of their staff and not a guess. The worst hotel ever.

Air didn't seem to be working in the lobby or elevators. It was very hot. Our bed had what appeared to be mold and a very large dirty brown stain. Our tub had someone else's hair in it.

This hotel was the worse hotel I've ever stayed at. First they had no vending machines for drinks. Had no drinks at all. second, the room was very outdated, killed a big cockroach in the bathroom. Beer cans in the elevator. I left a day early because I didn't feel safe. I was traveling alone and the only reason I picked this hotel is because it was the closest to Methodist Hospital where I was visiting a sick friend. Beware
