Best Western Gen X Inn

The bed was comfy. Clean room daily. The breakfast was very limited, if there wasn't any bread for toast, they were reluctant to fetch more, when they did, they just brought 4 slices of frozen brown bread, when I had asked for white. The next day I came down at 8am. My partner had 3 rashes of bacon, which left the cotainer empty. when I asked if there was any more... they just No. On the third morning I did manage to have scrambled eggs and white toast. Just a little disappointing.

I never review but the so called breakfast was absolutely terrible. The milk was just powdered milk add with water, there was the nat sitting on a pastry in the food case, and the waffle batter was super watery, and the coffee machine they had was just plain bad and had an aftertaste as if the machine hasn’t been cleaned. Don’t recommend going here if you expect a decent breakfast or coffee.

It was clean, the staff were very friendly.

The location is pretty sketchy. Check in was pretty easy. Our room was...ok i guess. Upon checking behind the bed, yes I check everywhere! I found an empty bottle of personal lubricant. Gross. Thank goodness it wasn't touching the bed and i just threw it out with a tissue. I really didn't want to cause an issue, it was the first night of our vacation. The fan in the bathroom was so loud, it was not cool to turn on the light( they were on one switch) at night or it would wake my partner. Breakfast the next morning was decent. There were plenty of options.

Pleasantly surprised !!! Will definitely make it my home away from home go to place.

rooms need to be cleaned

Great room! Great price! Great breakfast! Very clean room. Staff was helpful and polite.

The staff was nice, but man is this hotel run down. Everything in our room was ripped or torn and definitely needing replaced.

The pictures of the hotel posted online are deceiving. The exterior and interiors of the hotel are much more drab than the pictures indicate. There is also razor wire around the fenced in parking area, indicating that the neighborhood is dangerous. Which was not represented in the photos. We asked for an early check-in, which the clerk on duty obliged, but said their credit card machine was down and that the early arrival fee would be an even $20 cash. It kind of felt like the clerk was going to pocket the money as the receipt did not reflect the fee. We checked out at 4am and all of the lights were out in the lobby, which felt like a safety hazard for guests. The room was clean and nicer than the lobby and exterior of the building. The stay was quiet. We were mostly there to sleep after an event, so we weren't on property but for a few hours. It just had a shady vibe to it.

I had a good stay here, every thing was clean and the staff was nice, I will stay here again.

Nice big room comfortable bed Breakfast was horrible gravy was cool. The night guy could have been helping prepare stuff. He started to filling the cereal containers but I was downstairs a few times and he wasn’t doing anything And no eggs! Who has a breakfast with no eggs?

Terrible area and a lackluster hotel.
