I had a reservation but they told me they where fully booked

That they had a little area for dogs to use the bathroom and extra poop bags!! It was very dirty, the toilet seat was coming off, floor was sticky.

Location was great! Close to airport No staff at the front desk for over 10 mins when waiting to check-in. Small children running around unsupervised. Kids running around outside screaming past 9:00pm and as early as 5:30am. My kid had a hard time falling asleep.

Platform the mattress was sitting on had all sorts of crumbs and dirt on it. You could see it because the mattress was slightly smaller than the platform. Staff must not be vacuuming it.

Inexpensive Beds were stiff, the lobby smelled like weed, the linens were not clean and it was very noisy

Kudos to the front desk for being so friendly and accommodating in hooking up our television, and for not making us feel awkward about traveling without our own television cables. And are you traveling with a pet and concerned they may do damage? No need to fret! The furniture is already worn, and the walls already have deep scratches. Nothing that your furry companion can do to lower the quality of this establishment. You both can unwind without worry—sit back, relax, and listen to the conversation in the neighboring room. And in the morning, your choice of FOUR cereal bar flavors awaits. Yes, FOUR! There aren't many set out, so be sure to get up early to grab one before they're gone. You'll be awake as soon as your neighbor starts moving around, so no worries of oversleeping. So the next time you are in the area and want to be charged more on arrival than your original reservation total—this is your place! Enjoy!

The outside of the building grounds was filthy with trash walked in the hotel and breakfast area was roughly a 6×6 room which wouldn't fit 2 people nothing like the photos showed on the website then we went to the room it absolutely tiny nothing like the website shown and it had a small loveseat couch that was all ripped up so we went back to the front desk told them hell no we weren't staying and asked for a refund and the guy at the desk couldn't barely speak English...so basically that place was a dump and very falsely advertised on the website!!!

The breakfast was old doughnuts . Uck!! We turned on the TV, only 1 station came on. The noise, you could hear all planes, people talking outside, bath was not clean.

No frills room for us for one night. Comfortable and clean. "Continuous fan" blocked out much of the noise of the surroundings. There was a party in the parking lot below our window as we were going to sleep (10 PM or so). Once we turned the fan on, it mostly drowned it out and we slept well until other guests started leaving around 5 or 6 AM and the door at the end of the hallway slammed closed loudly with each departure.

It was near the airport. On arrival there was no one at the front desk. We saw someone but she didn’t speak English. Someone finally arrived but she was dressed like she was going out. I had paid through booking.com already and she wanted to charge me another time. I told her I paid already and showed her my transaction. Walking to our room the guests around our rooms were loud with music playing. The chair in our room was ripped up. Walls were damaged with peeling paint. The floor felt sticky. There was a kitchen but it was not stock with kitchen supplies. I would not stay there again.

the covers are full of stains. one small bottle of shampoo for several people??? breakfast is a shame.there is no TV remote in the room 222

I loved its proximity to the Mall of America The elevator was not working and we had to go to the 4th floor. We are both elderly seniors who are disabled?
