The door to the room didn’t even latch correctly. There was a gap so big you could see into our room from the hallway. Pillows were nasty. I didn’t feel safe and we chose to leave and not even stay. Staff was very kind and helpful but not a well kept building.

Nothing was complementary, not even the coffee. Room was clean but damp all night.

Absolutely the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in very dirty. Staff was horrible at customer service never once did we get any clean towels for four days they left a note on our door saying if you want your trash in you have to take it out all the way to the other side of the parking lot to the dumpsters, they do not empty trash. I’ve never stayed at a hotel where you have to clean up your own room sleep in the same dirty sheets, and use the same towels for four days very angry from California.

Staff was nice. No coffee in the room. No coffee in the lobby. No pool. Checked in 4 people and was given 2 towels total. No lobby restroom. I won't stay there again.

Location great comfortable room accommodation Noise in hallway most all night and early morning. Like parties going on.

I was unhappy that they did not provide kleenexes in room also there was no hairdryer. If you wanted clean linens other than the day they cleaned you had to take the dirty one down to the front desk, Also if you needed your garbage taken out again before they cleaned you had to do it yourself, They only clean biweekly. I will not stay there again.

When we arrived (6pm) the property told us they cancelled our reservation because we didn’t checkin at 3pm and their policy is they have to have a one night deposit to reserve the room past 3pm if the are 85% full. Even though through Expedia, my reservation was pay when we checkin. Luckily they still had vacancy, unfortunately for us we should have just cut our losses and went somewhere else. There is a reason that they are so much cheaper than everywhere else. The rooms were gross, the floors were dirty and not mopped. There was rust or mold in the bathroom sink. And, the room smelled terrible. Yes it does have a full kitchen but you don’t get a coffee pot, plates, utensils, or even paper towels to use the kitchen. If you want any of that you have to pay extra for it. Also you get two towels, if you want more, you have to pay for it. Not super helpful for a family of 4! They only clean your room once every other week so not at all if your staying any less than that. If you want it cleaned you have to pay for it. The property is gross which is a shame for a new hotel like this. We won’t be staying again and I don’t recommend it.

It was clean and the staff was friendly! We did not have a bath, but that is just because we were in a specific type of room.

We had a trainee do our check-in and it was a bit slow and key cards were not coded correctly initially. Otherwise, the staff was friendly.

ALL of the staff are extremely nice and helpful. The room was great. The only issue we had was that some of the other guests were extremely loud when they are getting ready for work in the morning.

It was the least expensive, only reason I chose it. I will never stay there again!!

Liked the stove, fridge I didnt like coustomer service super unfriendly front desk guy when we checked in. No one was attending front desk when we had questions. Hated that review said breakfast and there no breakfast

It was very clean. There was NO coffee maker, NO blow dryer in the room. Has a kitchen with NO dishes, pots & pans, or utensils. NO "complimentary coffee in the lobby, either.

It was clean The price ended up being more than what booking.com quoted. There was no ice machine and it you wanted coffee, you had to pay for it. The beds were uncomfortable. They also are holding a $50 deposit for two days now when they said it would only be 24hrs. To make things worse they have charged my account and are still holding our the amount again as pending even though it's been paid. So now they're charging me twice for the room. I have never been so disappointed in a hotel.

Location Bed was very uncomfortable. Pillows were very wore. No heavy blanket. The clientele that was present wasn't very uninviting. Could use black out type of curtains cause of the bright lighting near by.

King bed. Seemed clean. The smells in that place are crazy. Like you walk down the hall and it’s a whole experience. Different ethnic food smells, cat and dog food smells, puke smells. Our stay wasn’t bad, but we would not stay here again.
