Property was close to our event which was nice The facility amenities were extremely disappointing to say the least. We were so excited to utilize the swimming pool and hot tub after a long day of travel. We got to the pool area and jets in hot tub didn’t work, hot tub was FILTHY along with the pool, and there was no towel’s available to dry off with. The breakfast was disgusting. The bagels were hard, the options were so limited and the sausage was so soggy and salty. It was quite literally the WORST experience I’ve ever had as a Hilton honors member

It's ok not worth the price no microwave in the room. Plus I was supposed to get a handicap walk in but that was messed up. People,breakfast was good the hotel room was nice just blah. Only could watch you tube

The staff and cleanliness of hotel were amazing! However, the location of the hotel was horrible as far as road noise goes. Hotel is on a main street and very loud. Cars, motor cycles racing up and down all night long. Highly recommend a different hotel if you want sleep.

I always stay here when I go to Boise and the rooms are clean staff is friendly

When room was booked it was almost midnight and we didn't notice that it had changed the check in day to next day not that night arrived at hotel after midnight and was not allowed to check in because of mistake that we didn't notice was told by receptionist that we just had to call hotels.com and have them get ahold of property and refund would be issued after going through the process they denied the request for refund. WAY TO STICK TO YOUR WORD WE KNOW WHERE WE WILL NOT EVER BE STAYING!!!

Was clean. People were very friendly and lots of things to entertain grandkids A little bit of road noise

My only drawback was the queen beds were way too small it felt like a full size bed not queen size.

I loved how clean and modern the place was. The pool table in the lobby was a nice touch. Best coffee at any hotel. The bacon at breakfast needs some help, but everything else was great .

The gym area was excellent. The decor is trendy and fun. The walls are thin but that was our only complaint.
