Courtyard by Marriott Boise West Meridian

We always stay at this hotel when traveling to Meridian. I love how clean and comfortable it is. I love the beautiful landscaping around the property. It is easy on and off the freeway but just far enough from it that you don’t hear any freeway traffic.

Great place to stay! The manager, Jason, is helpful and kind.

We stopped here for a night while traveling from Texas to Washington state. Absolutely recommend this hotel! It’s newer and very clean. The staff was very friendly and professional. Pay for the breakfast option it’s totally worth it.

Nice location but was told we couldn't eat door dash (crumble cookies) while sitting in the lobby. Really? And I understand no breakfast included but they don't even have free coffee downstairs. Instead want you to buy a $5 cup of starbucks drip. Ugh. A lot better nearby options in Boise, likely won't stay again.

Rooms were nice parking was great. Staff were very helpful. I did not see any breakfast so may ask about that on arrival.

Double charged for a room and was out over a $1000 for the weekend. Huge inconvenience to me and family.

The room was clean and comfortable. Nice lighting in the bathroom. Just the right number of pillows. the bonus chair and ottoman were an unexpected touch, I did not like the fact that I could not use cash at the bistro, located in the hotel, for food and drinks. I think what I tip for a drink or meal is between me and the waiter/hostess and no one else.

It was clean. I had book a single King room through a booking agent. We were given a double queen. They would give us a different room. There was no offer of adjusting the cost. We were in town for the Republican convention and they were listed as a hotel that would be giving a price break. There was no price break. I guess they decidedto not participate. There are lots of hotels in the area so we won't be using them again. Also we were on the top floor with a busy and noisy street right below us. We stayed 2 nights and it wasn't restful either night.

Great pool, comfortable beds. Very clean. In the description it said full breakfast, so we thought it was included. But it's not, you had to pay even more. So we had to go find somewhere for breakfast. I was not happy about that. Not a planned part of our trip.

A all around great place to stay. Clean, convenient location, delicious breakfast, and very helpful staff.

My trip overall I would say was very positive. The hotel made for a good stay and I can’t complement the staff enough with how professional and helpful they were. The only downside I would say is the maintenance of the overall facility, but I know it must be very difficult to keep everything pristine. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

It was very clean and organized.

We were traveling for a conference, the rooms were very clean and comfortable. It was well worth including breakfast with our stay. Bar drinks were excessively expensive, but that is not what we were there for, so it didn't matter much.

The hotel is very clean with a nice lounge/restaurant. The front desk staff was very helpful! The hotel has a indoor heated pool and a laundry room open 24 if you need it. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are good sized.

Really clean, nice and informative staff. Would stay there again.
