Great staff! The first room we were in was not very good. A bit run down and the shower made terrible noises. We asked to move for the rest of our stay and had room on the 3rd floor opposite of the freeway. Much better! Very very comfortable beds!!

Room was spacious and clean, the bed was the most comfortable bed we had ever slept on, slept through breakfast time, staff was helpful

Beautiful interior. Hot tub and pool. Super comfy beds and quiet even though the freeway is very close. Great staff. Loved the grand staircase! Nothing

Really noisy if your room is by the freeway. No water bottles in the room. Good location!

Wonderful

Clean, comfortable rooms. Parking was tight. Magnetic locks did not work well. We all had to get new keys at least once during our two night stay. Staff did their best although they were shorthanded.

Also, I selected to pay at check in thru the hotel.com app. During the phone call with the hotel receptionist, she was asking if we would pay over the phone. I replied I will pay when we get to the hotel since we are in the middle of driving and call keeps going in and out. The last thing she said to us was “ ok, you can do that. We’ll see you when you get here.” When we arrived at the hotel, a different receptionist were there with a note from the lady we talked to over the phone, and note says “ customer were rude over the phone and not willing to pay.” So they went ahead and gave our reservation away, and now there’s no more room available for us. I was so shocked, I didn’t know why they would do that. It’s such horrible way to treat customers and very unprofessional. I was traveling with my wife and my kid. I wish they had the whole conversation over the phone recorded so they can listen to her claim of “ rude customer”. Never using this hotel again. Horrible.

Love staying here. Its easy to get to and close to shopping. Its clean and most beds are comfortable. The rooms could use a little updating. But for the price its great! Would highly recommend! The rooms could use a little updating.

Clean, comfortable

The lady at the desk that worked the mid shift was very kind and helpful as there were issues with the toilet so she accommodated us with moving us to a different room! From my understanding we were not the only room that was having issues.

Our room was missing a refrigerator and cushioned chair which were listed as amenities. The staffs response was that they were undergoing renovations. No apology for the inconvenience. The shower head screamed the entire time it was running. We were on a month long trip and needed these amenities advertised. We would not stay here again.

On top of that, the evening of day 2, high school aged baseball players were staying there for summer league games. The boys were somewhat loud (not overly obnoxious, just high school boys having fun-it didn’t bother our group). Well, the SAME lady was getting annoyed and told them to quit running up the stairs and I’m not quite sure what else was said. So next thing you know, at about 10:30pm the elevators get shut off! We couldn’t believe it! Our group was hanging out in the common area on the second floor and we had a big stroller we had to pack up a large flights of stairs! We weren’t in the mood to deal with her, but I’m pretty sure that violates fire code and who knows what else…She wasn’t there the next day to discuss, but we won’t be back at that hotel next time we visit because of her.
