Rooms were a great size. We had four rooms total. There were two with stuff on the walls, they were dirty. The toilets were horrible in all rooms. They didn’t want to flush and would just run water. The shower heads had buildup on them so sprayed everywhere. Breakfast was not that appetizing and could have been a better selection.

The bed was comfortable. The room it'sself was kinda run down. The curtians were torn and lots of stains on the carpet. Breakfast wasn't the best. For 200 dollars, it wasent worth it.

We loved this stay! The beds were comfortable, the pillows were AMAZING, room was spacious (plenty of room for the 5 of us!) I loved the couch feature so we could stay in the same room with our kids. We usually have to bring a cot for our 3rd child but didn't have to this trip! I will stay here every time we travel to Roaring Springs for this reason! Breakfast was good too, will stay again!
