The pool was not opened it was a hot day

Very clean remodeled room. Very kind check in staff and bed and pillows were very comfortable.

We really enjoyed staying here! The beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms were spacious and had great views. The staff was amazing and the breakfast was the best I have ever seen. Absolutely will stay again.

The staff was helpful and courteous. No pool as advertised, water damage on all floors, sagging, old mattress, too much construction on floor above early in the day.

Very nice hotel with clean rooms and helpful staff. The main issue we had was we were told towels and sheets would be refreshed every other day but were only replaced once during our 6 day stay. Hotel is in a great location not far from downtown Boise.

What a great place to say. The trees and landscaping are beautiful and so welcoming. The Seth was friendly and so accommodating. We have family that needed to change clothes in our room and there was plenty of space and room for everyone to sit down. We come to Boise to see Family and this will be where we stay from now on.

Very outdated, weird smell, and under construction. I had a non refundable room and still left to stay somewhere else

Very nice property, close to I-84 but very quiet. Had a great night’s sleep and the breakfast was very good. Highly recommended!

Disappointed made reservations so I could take my granddaughter swimming!! Nothing on website saying pool and hot tub closed!’

The room was clean. The staff was accommodating. We chose that hotel for the indoor pool and spa and kitchenette. THE POOL WAS CLOSED FOR RENOVATIONS! That was a disappointment. I couldn’t cancel due to booking through hotels.com. My grandson and our family were very disappointed. In the future I will book directly through the hotel.

Staff was good, hotel and room clean, TV way too small, heater not very good and noisy.

Everything was great. We love this place. We got in early and they were very accommodating and got us into our room early. Would highly recommend. Close to everything. The pool was clean and facilities were great

Staff was great and bed comfy. A little older hotel. Breakfast was hard, undercooked bacon, and no toaster for pastries. Ran out of juice and syrup. And no butter. But very quiet hotel and rooms good

Pool was closed, room needs some updates. Other than that everything was fine

The desk person in the morning was super nice and accommodating. The breakfast had many choices and was good and warm.

The room we stayed in definitely needs some renovations. Tub and around tub looked dirty. The breakfast was good and the staff were kind.
