Hampton Inn & Suites Boise-Meridian

The lady that assisted during breakfast was so nice! She made our experience even better I wish I would have asked her for her name but she was an older gal with blonde hair. She was so sweet to my boys and helped us with any questions we had.

We were very impressed with the handicap suite we had. There are places to sit besides in you room also which is nice

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and parking was plentiful.

Everyone was polite and very friendly. We had zero issues, slept well and their continental breakfast was good - fresh fruit could be added. I would definitely stay here again.

Spacious suite, great breakfast with tons of options, pool was overcrowded and small but was open until 12am which was great when we got in late.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Tried to check on reservations before the trip but Expedia and Hamton Inns do not share information about reservations, so we were not sure if we had two rooms until our arrival.

I'm a Hilton Honors Gold Member. While true to the Hilton brand, we were on the road and booked the Hampton Inn using Hotels.com. What a mistake this was! Immediately after booking the Hampton Inn, our car broke down 50 miles away at 9:30 PM. I booked a 2 star motel on Hotels.com that was within walking distance (in the dark) from our breakdown. Once in the motel, I contacted Hampton Inn and requested cancelation due to the unfortunate chain of events. I was told to contact Hotels.com directly, which I promptly contacted through the app. I was provided zero empathy, understanding, or compassion from Hotels.com and was told, no cancellation, no refund. I've learned my lesson. I will book directly through Hilton in the future as I know the Hilton brand believes in good customer service. I'm sure the Meridian Hampton Inn is a great place to stay. I gave negative review due to the poor customer service received from Hotels.com. Hotels should think twice before using this 3rd party service as it jeopardizes their brand.

We love everything with this location. We stay here every time we come to Boise. Its such a great central location, the staff is wonderful and it's always an amazing experience. No complaints.
