Reliable and clean.

From the time we checked in we were treated rudely . Lady checking us in had attitude and didn’t make us feel welcomed . We tried to get extra blankets since the ones on one of the beds were dirty and towels and no one answered we tried to walk to the front desk and they weren’t there we waited around 20 mins . Our room was suppose to have free breakfast they didn’t give us vouchers and the guy running the buffet yelled at us and took our plates and told us to go get vouchers . The lady in the front didn’t know what we were talking about but the guy didn’t ask other customers to get vouchers or yell at them. Definitely won’t come back .

Everything was clean and quiet.

Room was clean and comfortable have stayed many times with family. My kids love the pool however this time the pool was not as clean and could use some maintenance. Breakfast is amazing. Yes you pay for it but it’s worth it.

Great location and roomy with a sports bars theme in lounge area TVs everywhere

Only downfall was I didn’t purchase breakfast vouchers. Which I booked through an agency and didn’t read through everything. Other than that really great hotel. Definitely would come back. We did pay for the breakfast one morning and it was exceptional!

Rooms were a little outdated, but clean. TV had a few cable channels, but no apps. Walls are thin, allowing for overhearing discussions, toliot flushes, and showers. Pool and hot tub was full of debris - flower petals, palm tree bark, and dirt mostly likely from surrounding plants. Over the stay, the water became a little murkey so they probably need to fix filters or something. Breakfast is highly recommended, Raul was AMAZING and ensured we had everything we needed. Staff were friendly and prompt to request. Overall, good location and a plcae to lay your head.
