South motel 6 is in my top 3 on my list. Its not big as north and the staff crew are pleasant to talk to. Rooms are always nice I do love them hot showers, and I do mean HOT. rooms are well maintained It's understandable because their there. Pesky gnats ...

Staff was extremely friendly. Beds were very comfortable. Hard to find. There is a water park and businesses surrounding it. Without Google Maps, we would never have found it. There is a second motel 6 location just across the street, so we believed maps was wrong at first. There should be a sign or something at the main road nearby to help locate. It wasn’t a big deal at all, and stay was great, but just might help.

Cockroach infested. Hands down the dirties motel 6 I been to. As soon as we go there we saw many roaches, in the shower and on the bed to the point that we moved both beds away from the wall

We arrived around 2am during an armed standoff between police and a guest who attempted to stab another guest. 10/10 would not recommend.

Great stay! Staff were amazing. Highly recommend! The air conditioner was awesome, it was 106 outside and we were comfortable our entire stay. We would definitely come back! Thank you!
