Extended Stay America Suites Phoenix Mesa

Breakfast was disappointing there. It took forever to be seated, I had to wait for 30 minutes to find someone. At the hotel restaurant. But it was a nice hotel.

Staff was very courteous and helpful. Air conditioning works great. Third floor toilet do not flush very well. Moved to the first floor and the toilet flushed perfectly.

everything was good. recommended to anyone looking for a good room for the night or weekend. Nice and peaceful place. Room very spacious and comfortable with good TV and a nice shower.

Sharra is the best worker her and always has a smile on her face. And she’s been here for my daughter more when she’s needed through hard times. I love this place cause of this kinda amazing woman.

DO NOT BOOK if you cannot arrive before 10 PM. The lobby closes at 10 PM. My flight was delayed so I didn’t get to the hotel until around midnight. There was a phone hanging on the wall that said dial zero for late night check-in. I spent an hour trying to get a hold of somebody. I had to call customer service on my own phone and eventually around 2 AM. I was able to get checked in by an employee who supposedly works overnights and does the late night check-in, but wasn’t answering the late night check-in phone. It was extremely stressful. I paid for my booking through Expedia before arrival, so it was paid in advanced. The hotel asked me for a credit card when I arrived. I assumed it was for a deposit and because I was so tired I didn’t ask. The next day the charges never fell off. I contacted the front desk and they told me that they charge me for the room that was my nightly rate which did not make sense because I had already paid for the room through Expedia. They would not reverse the charge or give me my money back and I had to contact Expedia to help dispute this. They offer a later check out but you have to make sure you arrange that before 10:30 or else you have to buy another night

Great stay. Will definitely return.

The room was nice When they accuse me for smoking in the room and I don't smoke and they try to charge my card three times and when I called him and ask him why they was charging my card that's what they told me that the road smell like smoke that's why did you charge it three times the lady said we were just trying to get something
