Clean room. Breakfast was additional charge.

When we check-in at the hotel, the ladies at the counter weren't helpful at all and it was like they were angry. Later that day we asked for more towels and they didn't send them until we went again at the counter and asked for the towels, a guy gave it to us. The pool was closed due to the monsoon (never rain by the way) and my kids were very disappointed. The toilet in our room was making an annoying all night long.

Clean, friendly staff, spacious room

Stayed at this Double Tree during a two-day training seminar in Gilbert. Hotel was close to the training location, and easy to get to. Check in was easy and the man who helped me was very helpful and offered me a warm cookie which was a nice touch. I was pleased with the cleanliness of the room as well as how spacious it was. The room was nice enough, but the bathroom was starting to show wear and tear but nothing that made me feel uncomfortable or grossed out. Bed was comfortable sheets were clean. I parked with ease and it was free with plenty of parking spaces available. My last day I had enough time to go to the downstairs restaurant and have breakfast. Servers were polite and my meal was brought out rather quickly I ordered the Colorado omelet with potatoes. It was all very tasty and filling. Good hotel would stay again!

Amazing place with great staff

The staff is always very friendly. The rooms are clean. We always find parking close to the front.

The rooms are huge!! The room amenities are great. Purchase the breakfast. Though a little pricey, it is totally worth it!

It was clean property and the rooms were comfortable. Staff were very attentive when checking in. Was there for a basketball tournament so we weren’t able to use the amenities but the pool looked relaxing. Good location to food too easy to access. Will stay here again for future trips

Great hotel..., great staff. Particularly the restaurant staff and front desk were outstanding. Wish the hotel pool stayed open a bit later.

The shower head was coming off the wall. The towels were dirty when we first got in the room. The bathroom door broke and we were stuck in the bathroom. The cookies were the best thing going!

Excellent stay. Will do this again for sure
