Great!!! They let me in way before check in. I just drove for 8 hours and they had a room ready.

The front desk lady was very sweet, an older lady. We got breakfast the last day of our stay the sausages were dried out the eggs were watery from the buffet breakfast option. The prices of drinks they have available for purchase is crazy high $8 for an energy drink is worse then the airport. Definitely try another place next time in Mesa

Hotel is nice with plenty to do. I did have a ant problem in my room though and my toilet was not fully secured to the ground as it wobbled.

Stay was good however there were a couple of issues - shower gel was empty upon arrival and never refilled. Several attempts to reach the front desk and housekeeping by in-room phone went unanswered. Bathroom sink had issues plugging the drain for shaving.

Friendly, helpful staff. Property is well-maintained and its a great location to access the freeway. Pool is very nice!

Although the lobby was presentable, I believe there are some areas for improvement inside the rooms. The latch on the bathroom door was broken, the silicone seal on the shower floor was peeling off, and water was backing up in the shower drain.
