Courtyard by Marriott Phoenix Mesa

All aspects of the stay were great. Staff, room, amenities, and property were outstanding. Check in and out were seamless, literally taking less than 2 minutes. I could not have more pleased because it’s great when you don’t have to worry about your hotel choice. Thanks.

The biggest problem was that the sink was clogged. It took an extremely long time for the water to drain, making it frustrating and inconvenient to use the sink throughout our stay. Another issue was with checkout. Checkout time was 11:00 AM, and I had called ahead to request a 30-minute extension until 11:30 AM. However, around 10:00 AM, my key card stopped working. I was locked out of both the hotel and our room, and the only reason I was able to get back in was because my wife happened to still be inside. That was very inconvenient and should not have happened, especially after requesting a late checkout. Lastly, I was looking forward to trying the hotel’s dinner options, but unfortunately the kitchen was closed, so I wasn’t able to experience the restaurant during our stay. I hope these issues can be addressed, as they took away from what could have been a much better experience.

Rooms were clean but a little old. Needs some renovation. Beds were comfortable

Everything was amazing. The room could have been a bit cleaner. There was a empty water bottle under the sofa bed. There were also food crumbs

The rooms were very clean. The bed was comfortable. We had no problems sleeping. Breakfast was hot and quite tasty. The coffee was delicious. We expected to stay one night but we enjoyed our rooms and extended our stay to 3 nights. The staff was very nice and helpful. The location was also nice. So that made us feel safe. We will return to Mesa again and we will return to the Marriott Bonvay

Pool was nice

Top notch staff! Our overnight stay was brief, but enjoyable. Clean rooms, quiet hallways, and overall a great place to stay. This location will be my choice when I come this way, again. Thank you!

The room was clean, staff was friendly, hot tub was warm. When we checked in we were told that since we booked through a third party we would not be able to have breakfast.

Smelled bad and other than the lady that helped us with breakfast the staff was very unfriendly

The mini fridge in our room was not working. This was a major inconvenience due to me having to keep my insulin cold.

We didnt have breakfast there only dinner and the service was not good at all bar tender cook and all was tge worst service we ever had. The service bar tender cook dont know what she was there threw me with my change she was working 6/10/2026 night

Frist our check in went well . The young lady was very nice . She even said when I asked about breakfast ,she said it was not include in my booking . but offer us a free breakfast during our stay . Which never happen. I ask when checked out( a day early) and was told it would be handle . I just received my invoice , and and there it is breakfast $36 dollars . FOR A VERY POOR BREAKFAST. A two day roll with some meat in it and a cup of tea

Nice hotel. Friendly staff!

The hotel was clean and the staff were pleasant. However the trim was falling off the cabinet in our suite, and we were disappointed by the hidden costs, like the $10 parking fee. I think there are a few other options in the Mesa area that offer better value for the money.
