It was awful! Big black hairs all over the sheets, greasy pillows with hair in them, a half inch gap in the door that let in light, pathetic breakfast selection. This La Quinta was dirty and smelly. Never again!

Poor breakfast care

Clean room and nice place. Only negative is the toilet is very low to the floor and was difficult to get up. The breakfast was okay. We left something in the hotel room, but never was contacted about it.

We had to move rooms due to a cockroach and the rooms smelled musty. I would not recommend staying here.

TV didn't work, had to move rooms. No ice machines worked except on top floor.

Breakfast was mid Air conditioner made a lot of noise and kept waking me up randomly buzzing super loud, also woke up to banging outside my room what I assume was maintenance at 7:30am. Was not happy honestly

The bed was comfortable We paid with booking before arrival and because booking had a communication issue with the hotel we had to wait an our before checking in in the lobby and we had to pay out the staying again… and we didn’t got our money back from the first payment yet.. which is unacceptable as we are on a holiday if the hotel and booking has an issue it should be there problem to sort out not ours as we paid already… and now we have to deal with booking who don’t do anything to solve the problem and pay our money back asap… then we had 2 roach in the room..

Very convenient and accommodating for family visiting a loved one in the hospital

The price was good and I liked that. The bed and the t v were decent. But the bathtub was so shallow, I could not take a bath. Extremely disappointing, this location is usually like that. The bathtubs are redone, very cheap and oftentimes do not have a plug so you could even take a bath at all. The little Indian boy at the front desk was very unfriendly and rude, and I told him when I checked in this was my birthday's stay. When I first got in my room, the bathtub did not even have a plug on it. So I asked to change rooms because I very much enjoyed taking baths. It is important to me. It helps me relax and I pay for the room. So I deserve it. After I asked to switch rooms, the front desk guy, I guess was thinking I am a diva, because he would never talk to me again after that. He looked me right in my face and didn't say a single word. As I was exiting the hotel the day after I checked in on my actual birthday. And then I asked if I could check out at twelve, instead of eleven, because I needed the extra time to get ready for the day as I was traveling a great distance after I checked out. He insisted I could not stay late because they were not busy. I have never experienced that before. Every time I ask kindly if I could check out at 12. When I stay at a hotel, they always allow it. And this guy made me so upset. He made me rush so I could not get ready for the day because I was all alone. Checking out and taking all my things to my car. He made me very angry, and I did not appreciate him at all in his rudeness. He has no idea about customer service. He should not be working that job.
